Richard Rawle Mosquito
Hi guys Has anyone built/is building one of these recently? Looking for any hints/tips. I'd prefer to build rather than go ARTF and this would look just right with my BT 83" Spit [:D] Thanks Scott

RE: BVM F16 Ordnance
[quote]ORIGINAL: ozief16 Scott, One of the things that always surprises me is how unrealistically guys outfit their jets. For instance, in 1100+ hours I've flown a three bag F-16 once, and that was on an ocean crossing where the weather was bad over a lot of it, yet you see guys outfitting... for your help Scott The progress so far..... RE: Dare I say...
Bob I'm about 20 minutes south of Glasgow so Edinburgh's only about a half hour's drive... they have a nice example of the Pioneer in the museum of flight at East Fortune. Mein Duff, it'll be around 110" span for a couple of .52 four strokes. I've been warned against making the L/E slats work in flight due to stability issues but we'll see [;)] Regards Scott

Today was spent wiring the lighing system. Everything exept the landing lights work off a seperate 4.8v r/x pack, the landing lights are mixed with the flaps and power off the main r/x pack. I know its not scale but I only did it to make it look better! .... [link=http://www.youtube.com/v/nVG2DZGCLEw?hl=en&fs=1]Lighting[/link]

RE: Trapletshop in the UK
Guys The weather all over the UK's been really grim for 2 weeks now, most shops/mail order businesses are now refusing to guarantee deliveries to a specific time. As far as Traplet goes, even for us Brits it usually takes a couple of weeks minimum for orders to come through [:o] They're usually switched on if you call them though. Regards Scott

So do I ! [:D] Its the Top Flite cockpit for their Cessna 182. The instrument cluster fits quite well and follows the lines of the 337. The floor I can use and part of the side panels, the rest I'll make from balsa and thin plastic sheeting. Scotty [;)]
