Hobbykings Turnigy battery DX8 problem
Hey guys, My buddy and I have been using the Turnigy 4000mah transmitter pack for the DX8. Today while flying his redwing rc 50cc MXS-R his radio completely shut off. His plane nosed in and tooth picked into pieces. When he got home he put the battery on the charger to check it. It was 7.3 volts. Both of our batteries charge up to about 8.1 volts. I guess what i'm wondering is if anyone else has had any kind of problem with these batteries? They are priced nice and seem to have good reviews. But at the moment i'm hesitant to use my battery until I know if there is a problem with alot of these batteries or did my buddy just get a bad pack. Use the poll to vote whether you have had good or bad luck with this battery.

Very nice fit. I would like a few shots with any mixing you do on your radio for the palne if you get a chance. Thanks for a great thread. (Saving this one to the computer) Eddie

RE: Meister Scale P 47 - step by step
Hey Mirce, I have been the hobby for about 7 years now and have always stuck with arf planes. I have been watching your build with much enthusiasm! You have great attention to detail. You have inspired me to start looking for a smaller kit to start learning how these birds come together. Any ideas for a plane for a first time scratch build? Thanks

Gas Motor installation help
I have a great planes curtis p6-e hawk. I'm going to install a dle 30 motor on it and just wonder if the cross marked on the fuse firewall is the center mark for the prop alignment on the gas motor? The firewall is already pre built with the correct angle . Any tips/ideas to help me get this installed properly would be greatly appreciated. I am currently working on making a templete for the stand off bolts as the motor didnt include one.
