RE: Dream Cars
I'm noticing a trend towards American cars. I personally would love one of these for track use: [image]http://www.uscaterham.com/images/showroom/csr/csr_main00.jpg[/image] Check it out here: http://www.uscaterham.com/images/showroom/csr/csr_main00.jpg I like cars that handle well, of course it has always been a dream of mine to restore a classic Challenger, Charger, Cuda (If I can ever afford it), Mustang, Camaro, or some other such classic American muscle frame off and correctly. I have also had my eye on one of these since they came out: [image]http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4023/4286562710_39a3accc94_z.jpg[/image] V10 with a 5.2 liter engine = bliss. The best part is it's actually drivable daily, so you'd get your use out of it. It's an Audi R8 for anyone that didn't recognize it.

RE: Revo Wings
Protects the head and your body. I strongly recommend the JConcepts wing as it is the most bendable one out there from my knowledge. Tekno wing mount has been good to me as well. I think it is well worth the money.

Do these fit?
I am just making sure... I have bought 2 other sets of wheels for my Revo, neither of which fit right. I want to make sure this time because I would really like to not spend more cash on unnecessary shipping. I need to know if [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_26_57/products_id/25711]these[/link] wheels fit on Losi Zombie Maxx tires. Also, should I get the offset or no (I already have extended rear a-arms)? Thanks for all the help.

Tekno Conversion
I have just installed this and am wondering, how do all you out there with this kit charge the battery? Is there a way I can modify the case to put the old connection holder in there? I know I've seen someone do this before, just don't know where. Otherwise is the strategy to just unscrew the case and plug it in when necessary? If yes, what do you do with the connector to keep dirt from getting in it. I am using the stock receiver and stock servos on my Revo.

I paid $250 for mine. Just make sure you can trust the seller because I was told my 2.5 only had a gallon or so through it when that was definitely not the case...

Thats what I meant by preset, it is all the way back. I guess I may need to bust out the P1 rockers. What else will that effect?

RE: 6 Wheeled T-Maxx
Especially considering you have a 2.5 engine. Also, this would probably make it... interesting... to see it try and bash. You probably wouldn't get much speed and therefore wouldn't be able to do much in the way of jumps... Speaking of jumps, wouldn't that kinda sorta throw the balance of the truck off when it's in the air? Not worth the money IMO. Get a wing instead lol. Granted it would look bad a$$

RE: Installing M2C Clutch on my Revo
So the holes of the spring match up with the holes of the shoes. Where do the extensions on the spring face again? Also, does leading edge/trailing edge play any role here?

RE: like too see a revo
Wanna go for a Gators theme? I hopefully get in there next week... You can buy the blue arms and as far as dying, just get some RITE dye from the local grocery store and boil a pot of water, then put the dye in, then soak the parts you want to dye for a good amount of time (I did my wing from white to black in about 30 mins). Make sure to buy the arms you want to dye in white, the other colors won't work to dye.

RE: like too see a revo
I would stick with RPM or try and find some titanium parts if you really want that look and have $$$. I know Flextek makes some good stuff. Here is a [link=http://www.flextekrc.com/products/revo/revo.shtml]link[/link]. If you really want that look and want to be able to drive it, I suggest titanium stuff. Otherwise you will have to choose between looks and functionality. You can get the RPM in white which can be dyed any color you like if you are willing to settle with a different color scheme.

Cutting a Revo Chassis
I have a 2.5 Revo and am cutting the chassis to make room for the rear brake kit. I am having trouble getting the chassis cut with my Dremel and the cut off discs I had, they seem to shred quickly. Also, I think I need some sort of grinding wheel to get into the little crack on top of the bump out for the drive shaft. Thanks for the help.

Ok well it isn't stuck in either gear but it bogs when shifting or does not want to shift to second. I have already roughened up the clutch shoes and bell so that isn't it either. I will only be bashing btw. So I need to loosen it right?
