I don't know the reason, but have the same thing happen on occasion myself. It doesn't seem to matter what brand of receiver or servos. Since it's so brief, as long as it doesn't break any linkages, there is no harm done. I just make sure everything works normally after power up.

I actually bought a large ceramic flower pot, with 3/4" thick walls. . I used a scrap piece of metal I had for the top. I put the batteries in the pot with the top on for charging. I have seen these advertised in model mags specifically for our use. But, there are many Lipo Sacks available now just for charging. I didn't have that option a few years ago. Every thing is safer now, but acidents still happen, and it's not worth burning your house down. So use something. sp
