Thunder Tiger 42 GP?
I just flew/ran mine for the first time last weekend. Nice runner, easy break-in. I have mine on a PBF (pizza box flier) and after two tanks of break-in I was hovering like crazy no problems. Nice engine for the money, but like stated above not really a powerhouse.

I remember hot summer days huddles over the plane...........flipping that prop.....my dad would start cursing..........then suddenly it would come to life and dad would fly untill he got so dizzy he fell down and everyone would laugh untill their guts hurt. Man what good times..........

I had the F-18 back in the day and I really liked it. Was a great flyer and I had a ball with it. Mounted landing gear on it and flew it alot. Foam wings and a the PVC fuse.............I had alot of fun with mine.

OS .91fx
I had one and it gave me nothing but trouble. Just couldn't get a consistent run out of it. I am by no means an expert, but have not had any real troubles with my engines before. Finally gave up on it. Do a search for 91 FX and you should pull up quite a few threads to read.

Pump on OS 1.60
Thanks for the reply. I orded a varsane pump and the adaptor made for the 1.60 to tap the back plate of my engine. My next question is where do you guys normally mount the pump? Can it go on or near the firewall in the cowl or would you recommend I put it in the fuse near the tank? It going in an arf and I dont know if I can get it in the fuse very easily. thanks
