Wow, what a bunch of tools. You're all to busy worrying that you have a plane that is different that anyone elses to do what this hobby is all about. HAVING FUN. Me, my Dad and Bro saw this at the first opening day at the field. All the hotshots stand around and get a big head from everyone looking at their planes, and don't even fly! LOL We go flying when we know that there will be only a few people there, just having fun!!! And we fly!!! The rc cars guys got it down. keep it in the truck, bash anywhere just for ****s and giggles. what fun is having a unique plane if it goes in. The green garbage bag looks the same for an ARF as for a 600+ hour kit.

I have heard nothing but negatives about radi shack subs, and 200 watts is NOTHING. 500-700 watt on ebay are cheaper than 200! I say sell the car in your area and buy some nice subs

Kyosho Ultima ST HELP!!!
Hey guys, my bro just got him Ultima in the mail (Ebay) so we unpack, fired it up, that he drove around for a bit. The truck was taking off by itself, so I tryed to lower idle. I got that down fine. Then I saw engine was loose. So I tightened it up. Relized cluch was too far from spur gear (I think (The big one?)) So, tightened it up against touching (Paper trick) then fired it up and I took a turn on it. The spur gear was a little beaten before, but I ate it right off smooth! What happened? I know we need new gear (metal this time) and screws. Can anyone explain why this happened, and tell me how to set up the gears? Thanks

ok, thanks for opinions guys! Some more: I will be running on grass, will a 4WD mae a huge difference in the handling and coping with it? I do want a fast one. Not expensive huge fast, but enough to keep me busy controlling it. Can anyone tell me what them radio shack jobs go? I canprob figure our spped from that Thanks

you dont need a radio to run engine, just operate throttle by hand, and BE CAREFUL IT DOESN'T TAKE OFF on you. :) Have fun
