OTHER engines that'll fit besides teh VX or SH. Would the HPI T3 work ORRRRR how about changing to an SH .21..I dont want to hear abotu how many parts im going to strip. IDC.

DUDE, the Vortex is AMAZING! I love it. The caldera's great too. Suprsingly the Vortex can outrun the Caldera in a drag race. My dad has the Caldera I have a Vortex and a Tornado S30. Out of all of which I just named the Tornado(buggy) seem to be faster than them all. Oh and for you FIRST nitro I'd get the Volcano S30. 1 speed trans won't be "AS" hectic as the 2 speeds. Trust me, that one speed trans, will still haul some a**! LMAO!

Engines that'll fit the Tornado S30?
Hello guys! I love my Redcat Tornado S30. But I DON'T love the SH-18. Mine won't hold a tune for nothing. Anyways, I was thinking about getting an extra engine for a back up. If any of you know of a engine that'll do well on it. BESIDES a SH or a VX. Btw, no flaming. flaming=Report. I just came from RCNT empty handed and you guys seem more educated and like you won't state "obvious-poinltess" answers. one more thing, is there a way I can "seal" this engine REALLY good?
