[size=5][/size]Thanks for your help and support guys. I thought this thread had died, It's good to see some life here. GFRC is cumming Together.The track is mostly complete. Still need to tune up a few jumps and bumps and nail down the pipe. The dirt at GFRC is totally different since we have sifted out the rocks down to 3/8 in size. The dirt is easier to work ,It doesn't seem to pack down as hard as it did with the rocks in it. Hope the rain will help get the hard pack we want. I still want to re-pack the entire track. Sorry for being closed for so long, I hope to re open a better GFRC .By the way GFRC is already under new management and has sifted dirt.

]Green Flag is now closed for a new track lay out and some sifting of the dirt.The new track design will feature a short course and a long course /1/8.scale. ]Volunteers welcome. Volunteers will be awarded Free Racing at the spring open March 24 2012. Volunteer Sat and Sun all day.

Whats going on at Green Flag RC Raceway ? The Track has bin or still is Aw-some in spite of The freezing cold and Rain..Last Sunday was a blast ,Ran my 1/8 scale and my 1/10 scale gas truck. The dirt was perfect,I really like this lay out. Beginning in January Green Flag will close for a new track lay out and to begin a New 1/10 scale track.

Race entry is $15.00 for first entry additional classes are $10.00 ea. All classes welcome Gas & Elect. Open practice every Saturday 12:00 noon to dusk. $10.00

Saturday practice has shown a good turn out. I am usually at the track early on Saturday mornings doing track maintenance I plan to increase track hours as soon as I can figure out how to monitor the track during practice hours. Right now I am winging it, as Park /Rec is going threw changes. I should Know what park/rec will do and wont do for green Flag R/C soon.

Notice Green Flag R.C. Raceway is Closed Dew to non compliance of American Disability Act. [Handicap Access]. Procedures to correct this are in Progress. If you are able to Volunteer contact me, it looks like we are going to build a 50 ft. ramp, upon approval by Parks and Rec. I am doing all I can to fix this A.S.A.P. Super Dave 954 3813

Hay Frank, G.F.R. is open for practice Sat. and Sun. 12 noon to dusk, If the gate is locked go to the slot car track and have them open it. Next race is June 5th, racing starts at 5:00 pm.

After the JBRL race GFR will have regular club races on Oct. 3 and Oct. 17 After that, the track will still be open for practice as usual. The race program will stop until February, Because there is no one to run the show while I take a break for awhile
