John I had a similar problem with the Euro brakes. I solved the problem by backing the brake hub out of the wheel slightly and giving the O ring space to work. Its a bit fiddly to get working but well worth the effort. Mine are now working fine. THOMMO

Jet Boy I have shipped a Balsa Bandit, Bob Cat and King Cat to the Gold Coast direct from the USA. It only takes about a week for the shipment with Airbourne Express. However there is usually a delay in availability from BVM. The quality of the kits is well worth the wait. THOMMO
