RE: NGH 35 CC Gas engine.
Another thing I remember to warn about this particular engine.Side exhaust is exposing danger to melt the fuel line to carb. So please take care of it to make other way onto carb. fuel nipple from tank.

RE: NGH 38CC 4 stroke
Great, have fun.But I would not afraid to play with engine to check if I can have a better run.Check valve adjustments, check timing, check plug electrode adjustment(I have best results on 0.8 mm. or greater gaps on 2 stk.).Dont forget your engine has 3 rings and it will take a quite run to break in.

As Michael said, the reason only is the Chinese made "small " needle bearings are not worth to use on such engines because of quality. So he cant use them.(They cant import any part if there Chinese make ).

RE: Why don't we have more 4 stroke gassers?
ORIGINAL: AJsToyz Turk, It seems the majority of the problem engines come from China, I don't think that was directed at Michael. It just seems about 50% of the engines and engine designs coming out of China fail and go to the way side and the consumer is left holding the bag. I hope these work out, I just won't be one of the ones rolling the dice to find out. Andy
Hi Andy, I agree with you mostly.Even Michael agrees with you on Chinese manufacturers. Also I agree that a new product will have childhood problems initially. But to call those customers as guinea pig etc. is not fair. I am using JBA and SK Glow engines maybe since their first days and very happy with them on quality and price aspect. Also I am experiencing on NGH gassers here on friend s planes. Also they are fine engines.Michael is always backing of his products.
ORIGINAL: Mikola
ORIGINAL: Whistling Death I hope the customers won't be QC guinea pigs.
IMO they don't have a team pilot they just make a test on the bench before shipping to their distributors. they think a youtube video is enough to convice people to buy their crap engines. I will consider this 4 stroke engine if they send FREE samples to aussiesteve or reputable pilots in the USA. he won't even improve this engine because he has other 4 stroke engines on the way, for him the most important is $$
Seems you have some bitter memories with Michael, have you? Hi Tim unfortunately NGH engines are rather some heavy comparing others mostly because of separate sleeve system design(instead of hardened cylinder wall) and glow type mount lugs.

RE: BEST 50cc CHINA ENGINE RIGHT NOW??
Gents, thanks to trade with Red China, world being preserved from a big challenge,China s hostile challenge against all of the world(starting from Asia sure). If China couldnt involve economic unity with world and began earning money, you can be sure they will be another Saddam to find an alibi to attack all of the world incl. USA by means of total war.Taiwan,Japan would be the first victim then all of the world would fall into a total destruction war.So we should thank to all western countries that they make join the big dragon into global trade and show them to earn money.Money made them leave hostility and rush into wealth.I guess some old enough people still remember Taiwan problems with Mao China. After Taiwan, Japan was in queue. Now they taste the wealth and money,I dont think hostility will attract them anymore.
