I'm pretty sure everyone is aware of what the objective for this thread is, gather and meet new people, find a place, have fun. Feel free to use the Facebook Create Event feature to your disposal. Also it helps to plan a date at least a week ahead of time so everyone can prepare and etc...

Hmm dont know but the owner* is away for GLC 2012, so Sunday might still be possible. plus i kinda fear that track, locked up brakes one day and slid strait into the wall wheel went flying. A guy with a touring-car was surprised how well it handled. So sunday at 11:00am at fbf or if you have another place in mind?

with this rain think we should make it for 10: 10:30am Some people especially me would need serious help moving equipment. example 2 trucks, fuel and toolbox. Would anyone with a truck or vehicle adequate for off-road lend a helping hand?

Try to swap out the 8.0s flywheel with the [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=ASCC8647&P=K]MGT4.6 fan Flywheel [/link], better cooling. check compression. ohh forgot to tell you dont lean it out to much they run on the rich side, but not too rich. rich = more fuel in there = more lubrication = cooler run [:D]

sorry about the confusion but is it Brooklyn or Hauppauge?[&:] your 8.O block should still have warranty under Team AE. Note: MGTs run Hot. MY 4.6 does 250-301max WOT outside temp(85*F) fuel: 30% plug OS#8 i dont know your carb since 2 diffident exist for the 8.0 remove your airfilter look and set your carb idle space a speck more than a standard key thickness. go back to factory settings with everything else .
ORIGINAL: GaryAH I def have to order a better steering servo for this beast. I almost went with the Savage because it came with better radio gear right out of the box. I knew with the MGT I'd be investing in radio...but I like my toys on the overpowered side :) You have the MGT and the Savage XL 5.9? The 5.9 looks killer. How do you like them?
lmao Funny you mentioned that i bought my xl used just so i can get the 2.4ghz futaba system, and it was worth it. Also since your new to the MGT visit [link=http://www.monstergt.com/]MonsterGT [/link] The site tells you about the many mods that can me done to your the truck. Now steering ohh yes steering, it flatout sucksssss Immediately purchase one of TheDudes [link=http://www.tdracingrc.com/mgtdraglink.htm]Draglinks[/link] The mgt and xl love them both and will be my last nitro truck investing in a Baja 5t/sc[8|]
