Hey Ian, Not sure if this been answered, but yes i had to enlarge the hole after i hysol the pin inside the rudder for it to fit.

Hey Ianober, Thats the same one i had. Dont have the new one yet. I had to hit the reverse switch twice to make it swing back. The first time you hit the switch back it stops and the second time is reverse. Old car speed control. I had no issues with my speed controller. the swing back was not that fast but ok. I had A123 2300 power it. It was plugged into the 6014hs futaba receiver & orbitz. Hopes this help.

no i had not issues with the gears at all until i glued the nose gear door shut [:@] I have not receive the new one yet.

The bell mouth comes with the kit. Fender- im also thinking of getting an 18mz. Where are you getting the actuator from?

hey fmrr - i believe i had a engine flame out right after take off. the flight before the fatel one i took off and it plenty of power. on this last one i took off at full throttle and once in air it felt that i was losing altitude it roll to the right and i could not recover. i'm not getting out of the hobby i gave up golf for this and with all these jets in the hanger and few more coming this year, i'm hooked for life. i still have to fly my fej mig 29, pst reation, tamjet f-16 and fej f-18, i just need time to fly one.

Andy- i disagre i think it flys great and would do good as a everyday flier. i did not have time to get the swing back set up, i wanted to be ready for anything. i was not terrified as u put it. i want to do things at my home field first. andy i can't remember you as i met a lot of people but i wil pm you when the new one is up and flying and u can come to houston. hopefuly i wil make most of the events starting with kj. i plan on atending speed world in february, i believe thats your home field. i wil have the next one flying every weekend. This wil be a great everyday flier. i had no issues with the retracts. i used all supplied equipment. it held air until the next day.
