RE: NEW!! The Official Pulse XT 25e ARF by E-flite thread
I have a Diamante 25e , it had been sitting in the LHS long enough for the price sticker to fall off and quite a bit of dust. This plane is AMAZING , my maiden flight the only trimming I had to do was 1 click up elevator and the High speed Low passes had begun ! I am using the P32 also with the 13x6.5E does that 12x10 make much difference ?
Absolutely! If you are looking for speed then prop down and pitch up (shorter prop and higher pitch.) The higher pitch props cut into more air, pulling the plane faster. Prop length = thrust, prop pitch = speed. Thrust is good for 3d. Put aa 12X10 on her and let it rip!!!!

RE: Tactic ttx404 2.4 ghz radio
I have this radio and maidened it today. It came with the Skyfly Max I purchased. I've been out of the hobby for over a year now and wanted to get something RTF topark fly with. I flew it today at our full sized rc field and though i wasnt too impressed with the plane at my altitude (Denver), the radio did a fine job without a single hiccup over three flights and probably a quarter mile (?) away. I've yet to do a full range check but it seemed fine to me. What I'm really curious about is finding out how to use the elevon feature. The manufacturers site mis-links the manual to thier 3 channel pistol TX. I'd like to get a PNP Stryker and use this radio for it but I'll need to know how to enable the elevon mix function first. $30 six channel Rx's are pretty appealing! Any help?

RE: NEW!! The Official Pulse XT 25e ARF by E-flite thread
The lower the Kv the larger the prop you can spin without burning the motor up. Higher Kv wants to turn faster on the same voltage. But just because it wants to doesnt mean it should, depending on prop size. Stick with anything in the same spec range as the Power 32 and you'll be very satisfied...

Your Saito 1.50 would do well in many planes the same general size as the GP Extra, as long as it's a newer, LIGHTER design. The Extra 300s was just old and heavy, IMO. I ran a Moki 1.80 in mine and was left craving more. Look for something in a 60 to 70 inch Edge 540 that is built light. Your 1.50 would likely do very well in the new Funtana 125. It's quite a looker too.
ORIGINAL: chaserogesr14 ive seen both, I believe they are te best rtr race vehicles on the market
I believe so as well. But as a person who's only had a couple of monster trucks for bashing, I'm wondering which of the two would be better for an entry level racer. My LHS is pushing me towards the truggy on the premise that it's wider stance makes it handle a track better for a noob. But then he works on commission and would love for me to buy the more exensive one too! I lean towards the buggy as that's what I see more of at my track and I want to stay in the more popular class but I don't want to have a harder to drive vehicle and get discouraged.

I guess I'm going to have to raise the nose on final and drag it in with power. Had ~10mph cross wind too. It didn’t seam to matter. This is a Great Plane.
As Cav said you can try a little tail heavy or you can try spoilerons. Both seem to help. The spoilerons help stifle any bounce that may occur as well.
