OMP edge thrust angle
I have an OMP Edge 540 that I've had and have been flying a couple of years. Can anyone tell me what the engine thrust angle should be. I know the angle is built in but, on my uplines it veres left and toward the canopy and inverted it climbs . According to my cg machine I have to move my cg back further yet. I know I have conflicting results, any help? Thanks ,AL

RE: mixing question
Thanks for all the replies. It's the 80" model, last year I put a DL 50 in it to replace a moki 2.10 that was a total lemon. I have a big interest in 3-D , and am practicing every day on sim. I have a foamie to work out the moves for real but I definitely need to learn to trim a plane correctly. I live in PA so I won't be flying for a few months. AL

mixing question
I have a world models extra that has some bad coupling in knife edge attempts. I understand what I need to do to put in the mix ,but do I use the mix only during knife edge or do I leave it on during other manuvers and regular flight ? Thanks Al

which plane
In the 75cc size Yaks, should I go with the TT TOC or Aeroworks. Is the Aeroworks worth the $150 more?

I have a hitec eclipse 7 and whenever I switch to a different flight mode my rudder and elevator move a little, like they have a different trim setting. I do have a mix set up but it is off at the time. Any ideas why this is happening Thanks, Al

I have a world models extra 300s , I had a moki 2.10 in it. I would like to know if a 50cc gas engine would work in it. I didn't weigh it, the booklet says the flying wt. is 14lbs. Thanks for any help. AL

what's a good first 3d foamy?
I am looking for a good foamy for learning 3d that I can get everything I need, minus transmitter, all together. I will be flying outside. Something as stable as I can get in hover and harriers. I have searched the web and am looking to some members for their opinion. Thanks in advance for any response.

What changes is anybody making to the 3-d planes?
I'm fairly new to 3d flying and am hovering a profile some in real life.Just wanted to know in reflex if people are making changes to the 3d panes or are using them stock. They seem alot harder than Aerofly Pro. Thanks in advance for any comments. AL

moki 2.1 help
I have a moki 2.1 that's past warranty with only 1.5 gallons of fuel through it. Ran 3/4 gallon through it on the ground. It didn't seem as though I could ever get a good needle adjustment on it. Now I find it's pushing fuel and air past the front bearing. I talked to a dealer on the phone and he said he felt it just needed a needle adjustment but if he decided it needed a front bearing there would be no charge for it. but I would have my shipping to him and he charges $ 9.99 for return shipping plus $15 dollars to go over it. does anybody no how much this front bearing cost, where to get it, and if it's an easy job? It might be much cheaper for me to order it and put it in myself. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a new moki 2.10 on a new plane that I'm trying to get adjusted before I fly. Most of the time it starts fairly easy, the problem is it dies when I try to go past 3/4 throttle. It idles pretty good. I have tried minor adjustments on the needle and the idle disc.It has a bisson muffler, the fuel tubing is as recommended, and i've checked my tank for pressure leak. thanks in advance for any help.

Aero Pro vs G2
I'v had G2 for over a year and got aerofly pro at christmas. I think G2 has better background but no matter how I changed their planes I couldn't hover them.Except for downloading one from the RF page. With Aerofly, I moved the CG , a little right thrust and hovering was possible. '
