RE: GST 7.7 Gasser finnished..
Being a former cen nemesis owner i must say there drive line is very beefy way stronger than any 1/8 scale. The drive shafts are very thick and the diff are all metal as well the whole drive line is bigger and thicker than all the 1/8 scale mt on the market. i think he will be fine i would just stay away from doing any tuned pipe just to be safe and Cen even sells hd drive shafts that are even stronger than stock

RE: fg f1 hydros ?
I ended up using maguras mineral oil and a hitec 645 and it stops on a dime more than enough torque.

fg f1 hydros ?
Picking up a used FG F1 this weekend it has front hydros, but it needs a servo to get it going. Whats the least amount of torque needed and what can i use for fluid for the brakes? Is regular brake fluid ok to use thanks

RE: OFFICIAL OFNA DM-1 THREAD
Looking at getting a dm1 nitro or maybe electric whats your opinion on both handling and performance? I have never owned a brushless vehicle so I'm not shore if i would like it or not. If i go nitro i was going to strip my truggy down and use its motor and servos.

I will take your advice and stick with this pipe the motor already has a 29cc head kit on it. I appreciate the help since the gains are pretty much minimal if any. Thanks

RE: Differences between 2 FG Beetles?
I think the only difference might be the wheels and may be the gearing since the truck runs taller tires and body mounts.

RE: Differences between 2 FG Beetles?
I think the only difference is one has 8 schocks and side mt rails and mt tires. Because ones the monster beetle and the other is monster beetle pro. the pro is the mt setup with beetle body and the other is the marder with mt wheels and beetle body.

RE: Throttle brake servo
I run my cars in pretty wide open space so i think i might give it a shot. I'll try it on the sportline and if it doesn't workout i will put it on my fg baja that only has rear brake.

Throttle brake servo
Well i have a Fg Sportline that has front and rear cable brakes. I'm looking for a new throttle/brake servo because my Jr 9000t died and I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to get me back up and running sooner. I was considering Hitec 5645 anyone using this with front and rare cable brakes and is it strong enough.
