RE: BJ Craft Monolog 400
Hobby king are selling a fake Monolog 400 so beware It has had terrible reviews already It appears to be a poor quality copy of the 3d version with 2011 f3a instructions No knowledge of Nitroplanes but would advise caution Declared vested interest www.bondaero.co.uk but the above is correct

All of the BJ Craft stuff is carried by F3A unlimited in the US and Bondaero in Europe. The 2m Monolog and the Prolog are also worth a look http://www.f3aunlimited.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=8_70 www.bondaero.co.uk

RE: Help Identify this please
This was a uk design that was introduced when the rules changed to 2m I think the designer was Mel Broad and it was a bigger version of the Cuban eight. This looks like a nice example Likely to be heavy by todays standards. Not aware that it was ever kitted

Gens Ace Mars motors for F3a
On the face of it the BL 5943 looks interesting but does not seem able to handle the current required but are the specs correct on these motors as they seem to be all obver the place. Has anyone any experience of these motors?

RE: E firewall for Bravo
Hi Shahid, It is never going to be easy to remove the firewall backwards with the motor on an get it past the undercarriage mount ( which is by the way beautiful engineering) The Himax is 63mm diameter and with the nose fretted out there is plenty of room to remove the motor from the 83mm nose. Nose fretted out with diamond burr to about 65mm C

RE: Sickle (V-2)
Hi there I brought in some Sickles to the uk and a few of you guys had them sent over from here and I am pleased that you were pretty happy with them in general. The one I am flying balances nicely with a Axi 5330 f3a up front and two elevator servos at the back. I can only imagine that much of the weight reduction in the fus has come from the front so if I am right and also the Axi f3a is looking heavy by todays standards I would consider it wise to have provision in your install to get the batterries well forward. Watching with interest
