check this out remember it says a 1000 on the ama rules for damaged or stolen rc equipment ,,or anything that involves your rc equipment ,,ok homeowners covered some things ,,,ama covers deductable only ,,didnt care what was caused from the theves stealing it ,,,it wasnt a motorcycle they took ,,,,,this is what we have guys ,,,from what i see it covers the guy who doesnt have insurance at all ,,then why do i have them,, does anyone know what they have covered for someonme else ? i need to hear a story thats true about them not hearsay

well i bought tickets and reserved a car ,,by the time kieth and I get done with this it will be over a thousand dollars combined ,, someone tell the AMA this was caused directly to the theft and vandleism of or radio control hobby ,they didnt steall our checkbooks or our money from our wallets ,,,( i take that Back they did that too ) ,am i seeing this clearly ? ,,barry at ama said "this was not caused directly to the theft of our radio control hobby" ,i guess because he didnt get his stuff stolen ,oh by the way barry at the ama is not a radio contrl anything has nothing to do with it except his job ,,,seems like they would hire a fellow modeler ,guys am i right or not ,,,

thanks roger ,can you believe it was the same day ! if it happend here they still wouldnt be looking for it ! thats a shame ,i got a subpoena today looks like this wednesday ill have to go to court ,,it was kieths king cat that got destroyed ,,,,ins paid him for it and my ins paid for my whole plane ,,i tried to talk them out of it ,,i just needed fuse ,,but she insisted ,,what do you do argue with her ? i told her what i wanted and she said since i just paid for it they will fully refund me ,, im sure they will get me next time ! ha im comming to your jet meet in a few days ill see you guys there ,, tell all involved ,,thanks guys

I hope i can help them keep those fellas in jail and i told the detectives nomatter how much a trip was i would help them do that ,,,you think the insurance companies would want to pay for it ,,but it was totally out of the question when it came up !

well ,,i didnt start out to a jet meet thinking the worst thing that can happen is i wreck my jet or worse kieth yates would crash and both of us come back home with two broken or burnt planes ,,,That can happen and i have to accept this can happen ! BUT when your door is pounding at 5 oclock am and so is your heart at that time of the morning ,,two state cops telling you everything we had in our van was gone even the tools we had brought , i have been trying to organize my stuff so that i can go and get my chargers are all in one case ,,my radios are in one case and so on ,,well all was gone in one robbery,nothing left at home to fall back and use ,i felt bad for kieth he didnt have anything to take home. and we have been going to jet meets for a few years now and we were always trying to keep our things safe ,,,but if somebody wants your belongings they will take them whenever and wherever they want,,,EXCEPT PENNSLYVANIA the state boys are not to be meesed with ! a million to one that we got robbed a Billion to one we got our things back the same day! they got on it and solved it before we got too far away ,,hats off to the detectives that were honestly and genuinely nice to us ! ,,and now let me tell you about the insurance most of us have ,,,first of all amica ins co is who i have and they did me right ,,although our stuff was recovered a lot of damage was done to both of our jets . guys the AMA ins we have ,,they were a little difficult ,,,and this isnt the first time ive seen this ,,28 years ive been flying and ive never seen them pay on some major things that happened to other people ,, when i told the person from the ama what happened she told me "well you got your stuff back" Yea i did ! but you guys know that when something like this happens the money you spend driving and fixing and repairing and extra hotel nights to recover our belongings ect.... it plainly says fire theft and vandelism what im saying is this HAS ama been getting out of these things for a s long as i remember ? here is the biggest kicker the pa prosecuting attorney and detectives want us to come back and help them put these guys away do you know the ama gave me some money for my deductable and minus 100 for thier deductable which came up to 400 dls ,,didnt want to touch anything else,,not the gas or the extra money for window ,,all this was caused because someone broke into my van to steal our planes and equipment i know its 400 dollars i didnt have and im glad to get that back form anyone ,, there is so much more that they can do guys for anyone out there ,,,not just me ,, maybe you guys need to say something i know im not the only one here Who has seen this we pay them for what something catastrofic ? if they hard time with little things dont expect them to be there for you guys when something big happens ! they will wiggle out of that too ! leson learned ,,,dont mess around in Pennsylvania the police are tuff !

you should call me sometime and ill tell you about some products i use ,,,the clearcoat never yellows and its used on show cars 10 years has no yellowing at all ,,and here is the real atvanage it dries in 60 minutes and can be wetsanded within that time ,,cures overnight but you can handle it and fix any runs just in case ,,ive been useing a bagger medium gun (around one hundred dollars ) and reducing it 400% we just need a shell for protection from chemicals ,,,not like cars that need thicker layers ,,,and i have super luck with it ,,give me your email address and ill send pictures of some paint jobs i did last year and you be the judge ,,,,also i can use flattining agent that works with the right mixture to do warbirds that will blow your mind ,,,,my number is 502 445 8147 if you are interested ,,but email me your adress and check out some of the paint work see what you think

there is stoll some of you builders out there that know what to do to make it last longer than a few weeks ,,,,if you havent protected your rustoleum paint,,,,try some urethane clearcoat over it (thinned down of coarse) and the paint will take all the fuel that gets over the plane from usage ,,you dont want the fuel to eat into it and the clearcoat doesnt have to be very thick but a good one all over coat will do

i took the phantom to the school and it was spectacular the kids wasnt expecting smoke to come from tailpipe and some of the women ran when it came out ,,the kids just stood there consumed in smoke here is a picture of us shooting smoke out pipe ,,i wish i had a picture when the kids where just standing there ,,all i could see was thier feet ,,ha ha ,,,this picture was after i fooled them and i had the motor full throttle

leroy the mustang is finished, ready to maiden and i havent done the wheel covers ,but i am going to fly the plane and then do the covers if i think the plane needs the covers to lessen the drag ,,the wheels and struts are so tight i dont think covering them up will help that much ,as far as the phantom ,,im going with the blue scheme ,,ive repaired the tail section area and ive installed my g-booster turbine its going to to fly as soon as the weather lets me ,,,im going to take it the jet to the local school this week and run the engine for the kids and blow smoke all over them ,,,ha ha ,,i told the principal to not tell any of them about the smoke ,i want to see the looks on thier faces when they see it coming out and consuming them ,,it sure can blow it out
