I used the same gear on an old H-9 Super cub, we just shortened the shock tubes, and drilled new holes in them. Worked great for us.

I had the discontinued H-9 super-cub on floats with a BME 50 on it and I had to fly around at idle. It would hang on the prop though[:D] I would probly go with a 43 or so if I was to build another. Just my two cents.

Mine is the old Super Cub and it is 1.1od 32.5L and .043 wall, I amm trying to find somthing still in prodution to order a replacement as mine got bent.

Try serching this thread for switches in the little google box at the bottom of the page. I think there is a link to a switch, and a set up there. hope that helps.

Birddog, what did you power your cermark pitts with? I just got one yesterday,and it seems that 26cc might be underpowered? There are a lot of nine planes here.
