i would go to your local small engine shop and see what they can do, and to get your g38 to start a lot better set the mag. at .002 and sand down the flywheel mine starts on the second flip every time

well got everything done on the little G 20, went with a walbro 257 carb DLE 30 muffler and shaved the head down. Now I can turn a 16x8 prop at 9300 RPM, just waiting for a good day to take up in the air

I like the turbo idea, but why not a rotary valve inside the intake like the old can-am motorcycles or both to work with each other and make tons of boost

well instead of getting a DLE I am going to build up the Zenoah to liven it up a little, I already open the muffler up found a bigger card and found a machine shop to have the head shaved, the price for everything will be under 100 dollars

i found out that the zenoah G20 has 14.3 lbs of thrust with a 16x6 APC prop and a DLE 30 has 16.5 lbs of thrust with a 18x8 prop, with the muffler mod and 100 octane gas I am hopping I can get close to that

the 20 is not so bad to tune cause the carb is on the side of the cowl, and working with 2 strokes since i was 10 makes it easier

i know this is for dle 20 but i run a castle bec programmed at 5.5 volts and a 11.1 lipo battery for my zenoah G20 i charge it once a month and never had a problem with it yet
