RE: Bad experience at Razor hobbies in Baytown Texas
ya know when twice in a row i get bad service i think others should know, now he wants me to take my time and money to mail back something that is not my problem, i dont think so. im in the customer service field and i know how your susposed to treat customers. i was treated very badly, lied to, and now called a liar, never received an email about if i was happy, if they betteries were ok, if everything was ok with the whole ordeal, or about sending the battery back. with all that said, im expressing my legitimate complaint and i didnt expect him to send me anything. he tried makin the deal good with bribery and it backfired on him after it was all said and done. i initially told him that i didnt want the batteries and he insisted on sending them. like i said i didnt expect anything out of this, i was just expressing my legitimate complaint.

RE: Bad experience at Razor hobbies in Baytown Texas
Well i got the batteries that he sent me and turns out that one of the batteries is bad, i emailed him to let him know about it on thursday, 1-26, and never heard a response. it dosent do me any good to have only one batterie when i have an emaxx, guess ill go back to the batteries i had to buy at another place when he initially told me that he had them in the store. i still stand by my initial statement that i do not recomend this shop/guy to anybody, poor customer service and poor product support.

RE: Bad experience at Razor hobbies in Baytown Texas
I went in the first day and wanted to buy a crawler and he wouldnt look up to tell me about the redcat he had. Then I called yesterday and asked if he had the batteries I was lookin for and he told me yes, when I got there he was building some sort of rack and was yelling across the shop at a woman that had no clue what she was doing to look here and look there for these batteries and then she starts digging thru a used battery box to sell me some old wore out batteries, while sitting there watching this for ten minutes a guy walked in and said he was thinking about getting into helis and the guy jumped right up to help him and show him his simulator, well it turns out that he didn't even have the batteries, I am very upset with the customer service here and do not recommend this shop to anybody for anything

Bad experience at Razor hobbies in Baytown Texas
Very unprofessional, I went in twice with cash in hand wanting to buy a crawler first and then batteries the second time and he had no interest in helping me. Sat for ten minutes waiting for him to quit building a rack to find me a pair of batteries and then he jumped up to help a guy that was "thinking about buying a micro heli". Very unsatisified with service and availability of parts.

loosing wheel nuts
I have a savage .25 with an axial .28, three speed tranny, and hpi pitch fork tires and wheels. i can run the truck for about ten minutes and it somehow spins off the right rear wheel nut and i loose the tire off the truck. i checked the hubs and the wheel hub to make sure it is not stripped and still cant find a reason it keeps doin it. if anybody has any ideas why this is happening please let me know. i know i can solve the problem by goin with some 17mm hubbs but i already bout the wheels for this truck and dont wana have to go out and spend the money on another set of wheels and the hubbs. Thanks Charles
