RE: Pro link strut sag help
Why cant a retract be made from the manufacturer that works without being modified ?? Don't they know by now how to make something that works and lasts ? Seems lots of people having problems ?

RE: Viper Jet 2M Pointers/ tips.
On the extreme site it still lists ..Painted in the mould and the next option is professional external painted . The 2 options still are available . I see so many coments on get the painted in the mould plane , but know one can say how much weight does paint add ?

How much weight does a external painted versus a painted in the mould add to the weight of the plane ? What would the difference be ?

RE: This is wild
. Im sorry my facts have been wrong in that they have 3 mths left to fly . Who cares whether they have 3 mths or 6 mths still to fly , they are still being retired . They are still being replaced . They will still probably fly every now and then by the airforce or maybe they might sell them off or put them on display . Sorry John i took so long to answer you but I was flying . As you said " still in operation " well so are a lot of retired aircraft that the airforce have used . Cheers ..

Dear Molo as you live in australia you sound very experienced and rude . see this link http://grognews.blogspot.com/2010/07/australian-f-111-bombers-to-soon-be.html. I suggest you research whats happening in your home country airforce before opening your mouth as it can make you look very small like you know nothing at all ![:D]

RE: This is wild
That was an F1 11 jet here in QLD Australia . They have just been retired from our airforce here . The f1 11 did great dump and burns and appeared at nearly every big sport event . They would do a wings back high speed pass , then they would do a wings forward , flaps down and gear down slow pass . then to finish the show a fast fly by with a vertical climb afterburner on.

RE: Viper Jet 2M Pointers/ tips.
My viper turned up last week and i unpacked it and was checking every piece and i was extremely happy with the quality of my yellow in the mould viper . Until the last piece was unpacked the fuse , it had a large crack in it as the wing had put presure on it on the trip to Australia .Some things still even move in a box when packed in shipping . I spoke to John at Skymaster and then he spoke to Anton they made me a offer to make me happy . Great backup service from both guys making sure the customer is happy .They even have sped up the delivery time in geting the new plane to me . Thanks[:D]

I have trailing link arms and this is my 2nd rookie the 1st i had it flew great but i had issues when landing it , that was a few years ago now , it came in way to fast but i know i came in way to hot and not lifting the nose . I ve bought another one that was already flying but his setup very confusing and he only flew a couple of times . it has a 120 sx engine

RE: Is the Rookie a good first jet?
When the canard is switched to its landing angle is the servo speed slowed down to move to this setting or is it full speed to that setting ? Is the canard fixed in that position for landing or does it have movement as well with the elevator ? I was going to have the canard switched to its setting on the same switch as the airbrake , te speed brake servo is slowed down for slow lowering so it makes no flying changes . I have a set of 14mz for flight
