i have a tornado bb and ever time i start it it goes full throttle if any body can help plzz do my first car so dont no much and the hobby shops are asses about these cars they wont help

i have a tornado bb 2 speed and ran it at the track for the first time yesterday and my gears are all gone it wont kick in and go i was just wondering why it happend just bought new gears and dont want it 2 happen agin plz help and was wondering if there is anyway to get metal gears my email is catfish26@charter.net
