Hi everyone !! I have a tc31 and have been reading this forum for over a year for all the awesome advice and tricks, I am wondering if anyone has removed hard mounting of stuffing tube going into boat and used silicone or something to make a sort of flexable mounting through bottom of boat to make easier movement for struts adjustment without stressing bottom of hull ?

NEED LAKES !
i need to find good lakes to run in so cal near like pamona, chino, ontario, area the one ive been going to is puddingstone lake but it sucks. prado lake allows it but i need a retrieval boat and namba membership.......i dont want to buy a paddle boat i own a honda civic how the hell does that work?

damn i was hoping they were ready to rock but i guess no prop is ready to go out of box but oh well cool thanx my dad owns a fab company and all they deal with is ss so when its all balanced out im gonna have it electro polished its as smooth as chrome but wont come off they do a process where it brings all the nickle to the serfice pretty when done.

cool deal thanks guys i ordered a prather ss225 it should be here any day. anyone know if you have to work the ss props a bunch or are they pretty close to balanced right out of box

ill give that a shot wave waker by the way i went through the whole thread about your tc 31 os.46 build and god damn i wish i had your boat lol that thing is nasty fast dude kudos to you nice build id like to pick your brain some on some good mods for this boat but i gotta get it running right first and then go from there

lol ya thats why everyone refers to boats as girls ha ha ha. but anywho i put all new tubes on the whole boat. and it seems to me that its flooding out. but at the same time when it does start it isnt untill the carb is spitting out fuel all over and it gets real tight turning over. then itll fire and the next time i go to start it it just straight floods out. and yes the glow plugs burn great outside the boat and the ignitor is fully charged.

i had been running it before the major tear down with no shims in it and it ran good. im running byron 20%nitro. brand new bottle..... and for laughs i put back in a 2mm shim but havent tried startng it today cleaning up house after new years party lol. i just dont think my boat likes me right now i left her in the closet to long now im paying the price.

lol i tried the stock settings at 2 1/5 on both and it still sucks. and the bolts are tight but the one thing i dont know if it would matter...it never did before but ive got all the shims out of the head..... and yes its a dyn.32

i just got through cleaning everything top to bottom when i put the boat back together and i put new tubes on the whole thing so i dont know about that being an issue.

tuning issues.32 HELP!
i just got my tc31 back together after a long long time down and its having trouble starting. when it does it doesnt run right and is very hesitant. and it revs nice a few times then shuts down and is a mother f#@%er to start again i put the needles back to stock recomended setting and the g-plug is brand new and still being a piece. i dont really know where to put the idle screw ? or what steps to take to get this thing going good again if anyone has any ideas for me id be stoked....thanks

best prop for tc 31
i have tried a couple props i have a 3 blade that is quick out of hole but slow top speed.....junk. then i have a prather 250 and it kills rpms but gets crazy fast at then end of about a 20 or 30 yard run. by the way it still has stock .32 just finished porting out exhaust header. nothin tricky though if anyone could help get me set up with 1 or 2 diff props to work with without spending 100 bucks on props thanks

i was thinking of covering up the holes in the front and ya i just read the whole thing there is a ton of stuff there and thanks about the paint. i just need to find a good prop without buying 10 diff ones.i think im gonna tweak the .32 to the max before i dump tons of money into a .46 lol.

anyone know of an inline rudder set up for tc 31. or any nice pipe header combos that will be better then stock or if shortening stock one will be as good as new one. and best prop for the boat. i want to make this boat bad nasty fast !!! it already looks crazy with new paint but just need it to be fast now lol. will post pics at some point this week.
