Cowboy, Any chance the throttle was left on with the airplane stuck, causing damage to the ESC or motor? Are you stating that with no prop installed, throttle acts completely normal? Could there be something binding? chief

RE: What's The Best Li-Po Pack For Parkzone Warbirds?
One thing that make the PKZ LiPO attractive is the fact that it already comes with an EFL EC3 connector installed, and PKZ offers an adapter from EC3 to the PKZ connector (PKZ1054 according to the horizon web site). Therefore, if you don't want to have to solder, you can easily use this pack and adapter to work with the ESC of the warbirds. chief

RE: Stryker v Spitfire
Do you have aileron experience? The Stryker B is much more durable, and much easier to repair. If the Spit is like the other PKZ warbirds, it will look real nice and be very scale, but they are not meant for crashes and can be much more difficult to repair than the Strykers which can be repaired with any CA... chief

RE: Use "Sonic Combat Module" as "Lost Model Locator?"
Barry, I have, on occasion, used the SCM to locate a lost plane. My son was flying his Commander when it was dusk and he lost proper perspective of the plane until it went down in a bean field. We knew the appoximate area, but not the exact. He happened to have the SCM on and we simply activated the "gun" every 10-15 seconds until we found it...We may have just been lucky.... chief
