I got the new tranny's today. They are different now. I had a gear reduction before. Now it is only 1 gear. What is the difference? thanks Frank

it is running around 270 but if i richen it any more, it will not run. the truck had this problem right from the get go. i do not know why that is. any help is appreciated. thanks Frank

Hi there Is it normal that my engine is hardly putting out blue smoke? I run it as rich as possible, tried different fuel's and nothing seems to make it smoke. Is there an explanation for this? Thanks Frank

Finally exceed decided to send my parts after almost 3 weeks. how about that. why is it so hard to get parts? on the up side my friends an me went driving again. What a blast! i just put on different tires ant the truck can hold its own. Is it normal that the compression changes quite a bit when the truck is warm? It feels like half the compression.

I have to do that next time. it is now over one week and the stuff has not left the ware house. this stinks. so far i managed to fix what i broke. i put a zip tie around the lower steering arms to keep the left one on there. it broke right around the hole that connect it to the truck. the steering arms and the door type holders i stabilised with cold weld. the truck is a lot of fun. but getting parts is a pain in the but.

I went out today and let it rip. I had a friend with me. He tuned it for me. 1 pull and the thing is purring like a cat. I had a great afternoon and the truck was flying. Nothing broke but i did lost the 2 screws holding the exhaust in place. of curse those where the ones i did not loctite. I was impressed with the speed of the truck.

hi there this is my first post. I am very impressed with the forum here. why is it so hart to get the truck to idle. it idles for 10 sec's and then shuts of. please help me with that. and what are the factory settings on the carb for this truck thanks Frank
