RE: duratrax dx450 keeps falling to the right!
Check your steering servo and make sure it is centered. Also try changing the steering settings on your radio. Let us know if this helped. Take some video if you can.

Lock tight your grub screw under the spur. Had the same issue as the screw kept coming out. 2YRS later and its still in place.

RE: RC Motorcycle Picture Thread
Here are a few of mine. I deleted a ton of files on my PC and that took out some good shots of my old HOR. That was a fun driveway bike. Not sure why I traded the 999 1/5. Just never enough time to enjoy it.

RE: Venom VMX 450
Santa are you listening!!!!!!!!!!! Time for another garage sale of RC to get this bike. We have a large race scheduled for this Sunday and these would have made a huge immpression on the locals. I am runnng my GPV-1 as an exibition class with two other fellow bikers. The price of the these will not detere as an 1/8 scale electric buggy is more. Cheers Chris on bringing your passion to life!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: Venom-Racing GPV-1 motorcycle
I started this post back in April of 08. Tuesday I finally received my new GPV-1 in trade for one of my shelf queens. Funny all of the things I have heard about the bike with issues made it to my bike. The great thing about this site is that I was able to fine tune and fix the bike to running condition in about 20 minutes. So a big thank you to everyone who posted in this forum.

DuraTrax 1/5 DX450 Brushless On/Off-Road Motorcycle
Looks like Duratrax is releasing the M5 under their name in the US. Added a brushless set up for about $349.99 according to my LHS and Tower. I think I would have more fun with this than my TTe Duc. http://www.duratrax.com/cars/dtxd02-dx450/index.html

RE: Stock TTe shock oil???
The motor oil didn't cut it for keeping the bike from jumping the rear all around. I'll head over to the LHS and grab the 40WT. Every time I bring it in I get funny looks from them because I am one of two that I know of in the area who is into bikes. So be it then. I love rc bikes. I don't ride 1/1 anymore so I plan on buying what I can. I try to explain it to my wife how this is much less than the real Ducati I want.

Stock TTe shock oil???
Ok maybe this is on here but I am to lazy to search. What might be the best weight for the stock shock on the TTe Ducati bike? My friend who has the Yamaha R1 TTe said he uses regular car oil and it works great with the bikes rear end. Let me know before I use motor oil.
