Last June 28th I was looking the internet and I cross with the web site for BANANA HOBBY.  I looked the planes and I like the E2000 <ins datetime=''2009-09-24T14:18'' cite=''mailto:slal''><font color=''#008080''> I saw that they have that plane on stock. Since 4th the July was approaching I decide that I will treat my self and I bought the plane. According whit the WEB cite the plane will take about 3 day to get here at the Bay area. So I ordered the plane about 1:00 AM on Thursday the 30th. Banana Hobby took the order and the send me an Automatic replay from the internet accepting the purchase and they send me a confirmation with the track number from UPS.  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>The week went by and the plane was suppose to arriver on Friday the 3er at the latest. The Friday the 3rd went by and the plane never arriver. So I said wells is for the July so maybe they are very busy, so the order will be here next week. Next week went by and the plane never arriver. I call on the 1800 number all the line were busy. I call on the local phone number impossible to get thru.  Thursday the 9th impossible to get thru . So I remember that they have a live chat web. I when in the internet on my lunch hour and I spoke to Annie on the net and she said “SORRY BUT WE RAN OUT OF THE E2000 Ho!!!!!!!! I was so disappointed that I want to scream on the computer. So I told Annie why nobody have the decency to call me or let me know that they ran out the plane. I was waiting for whole week like an idiot. Ho boy I was furious. She told me that the please we arrive on their store on August 29th .   I that time I was so disappointment that I just want to change the order for another equivalent plane. She told me that the Art-Tech F-18C was the same price and they have those in stock. So I told her that I want that, that I did not want to wait for the whole month. She sends me the plane as we spoke. I did not have the chance to assembly the plane because I work 6 days a week. When finally I have the time to assembly the plane was two weeks later. I put the plane together it looks great, it was not the ones that I like but it was better that nothing. The plane took me about 2 hrs. When all the parts were dry, I plug the batteryonly on way battery the plane started to smoking from the brushless motor. Rapidly I unplugged that battery. I inspect the motor, looks ok, I checked the speed control, checks ok, not burning on the wires but the burning smelling was there. Something was cooked. I plug the battery back on and the motor verily turns, at that point, I was so mad. That I was ready to blow out the door. <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>Next day, I try to call Banana Hobby, same thing that before, impossible to get thru the phone.   I went in to the internet I chat with another person and she said that she was sorry. But it was about lunch time there was nobody available at the time. That one of the TECHNICIAN will contact me. One day went by, two day and at the 3rd day I was so mad that I try to send then a fax try to get somebody attention. But not answer, I send and email to “PETE not response. It is kind of funny, because when he do the previews, he said IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION DROP ME AN EMAIL at that point I did not want to drop an email I want to drop “xwqwqz you guy can use the imagination.  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>I went back on the chat line I spoke with somebody else, she told me that she was sorry and on of the clown  “TECHNICIAN WILL CONTACT ME I am in September 24 and I have no hear from BANANA HOBBY RIP-OFF COMPANY.<span style=''mso-tab-count: 1''>  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>The other day I was looking the YOUTUBE and my son told me Dad those are the people who rip you off and I said yap and that guy is Pete yapp. <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>I work on the retail business I do not know how those people stay in business. <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>  <p style=''MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt'' class=''MsoNormal''>BANANA HOBBY let me a bad test of what internet business could be. RE: Do Not Buy From ... HelicopterWorld.com
ORIGINAL: abesvenom <font color=''#0000ff''>Back in December 2008 i called Centry dealer online which is Helicopter World.com on the phone and asked the sales person that i was interested in the predator Gasser helicopters and would like to buy the fuselages that would fit them, so they sold me the following items. <font color=''#ff0000''><font color=''#0000ff''>3 <font color=''#ff0000''>PREDATOR CARBON GASSER SE NX V2.0 with Zenoah G26 MODIFIED ENGINE <font color=''#ff0000''>at $1750.00 each. part number <a id=''SearchTemplate11_DataGrid1__ctl3_DataList1__ctl6_lnkProductCode'' href=''http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=9516''>CN1305V2HP <font color=''#0000ff''>2Â <font color=''#ff0000''>Thunder Tiger MD-530 MILITARY R50 PAINTED SCALE FUSELAGE size .50<font color=''#ff0000''> at $279.99 each. part number <a id=''SearchTemplate11_DataGrid1__ctl3_DataList1__ctl13_lnkProductCode'' href=''http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=6796''>TTR3837 <font color=''#ff0000''> <font color=''#ff0000''><font color=''#0000ff''>1 TOW COBRA FUSELAGE (UNPAINTED) size .60 at $499.99 each. part number <a id=''SearchTemplate11_DataGrid1__ctl3_DataList1__ctl0_lnkProductCode'' href=''http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=2547''>CN2038 <font color=''#ff0000''><font color=''#0000ff''>1 <font color=''#ff0000''>UH-1B HUEY FUSELAGE (UNPAINTED) size .60 at $354.95 each part number <a id=''SearchTemplate11_DataGrid1__ctl3_DataList1__ctl0_lnkProductCode'' href=''http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=5622''>CN2037.<font color=''#ff0000''> They end up sending me an extra Tow Cobra instead of this FUSELAGE. So now i have 2 Tow Cobra that i can't use. <font color=''#0000ff''>1 <font color=''#ff0000''>Century BLACK HAWK 60-90 size UNPAINTED FUSELAGE size .60 at $459.95 each part number <a id=''SearchTemplate11_DataGrid1__ctl3_DataList1__ctl0_lnkProductCode'' href=''http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=1874''>CN4005. <font color=''#ff0000''>Arrived broken at the front windshield area and still not sure if this would fit yet. As you guys all can see how much money i spent with them so far, 8 months ago i was new to this hobby that's why i relied on their expertise to sell me what i need to complete the projects. I got the boxes alright, then i had no time and choice but to put them in my storage then leave to Iraq. Now i come home on leave and decided to take them to my local Hobby shop to see what else i would need for them and ask question only i come to find out they are the wrong size and way small for the Predators i have. I called Centry in San Jose numerous of times and requested help to exchange them for a bigger size to fit and would not care if any etra charge apply. They kept haseling and pushing me around on the phone and making me wait too long, then i asked to talk to the owner which they claimed it was Mr. Peterson but they they never transfered me to him and always out to lunch. Finally after the third day i called back and told them i am renting a truck and bringing the boxes back and would like to see the owner please, sales person said fine bring them over. I rented a truck and took everything there, as soon as i entered i asked for Mr. Peterson or the owner and the asian lady at the desk right away told me he is not there nor any of the managers and i could tell they were lying to me as i had friends with me too and they thought so too. They made me wait near 2 hours outside then finally some new sales person said sorry they don't want to help me with it and they can't do anything for me. I asked the sales person to exchange them for me and i would pay the extra cost he said sorry, i asked the sales person again that i was willing to pay the restocking fee and any extra charges he said sorry, I asked him again to see the owner and he claimed every body was out. yet i could see him talking to people inside and all the high end cars parked out side. Any ways to make the story short these people refused to help in any way possible they even refused to come out and just see what i have to show them and get an advice, instead the sales person told me that i have to buy the .90 size fuselages and i said no way, i would rather take my business somewhere else and that is exactly what i am doing now. I left the boxes wit my local hobby shop at Modesto to sell them for me and left back to Iraq, when i get back i will have him order me the right once from some body else. I was about to dump another $4000 to $5000 dollars right on the spot at that location and told the sales person only if you guys help me exchange them they still refused. I have seen dome people in my life but i have never seen like these at 1740-C Junction Ave Centry San Jose. I advice every body to keep away from them because they are the worst of the worst out there and i found out that i am not the only one who experienced that. This is my story with Centry. Now if they have the guts i would like one of them to come out here and explain what i said was not true if they can, because i have the sales receipts and pictures and boxes and everything to prove them wrong..........No matter what they have to say customer is always right and i refuse to do bussiness with them again ever, not to mention i will be spreading the word out so every one knows who they are about to deal with.......
one long rant dang

RE: HELI PARTS TO AVOID
ORIGINAL: bikemad sorry dude, your right about some of walkera electronics, specially the servo's, but I think your wrong about 2'4 ghz. my walkera 60 is now 2,4 and the glitch's stopped the day I changed over, I used to get a glitch about once for every hour's worth of flight, I changed over at Xmas and it hasn't glitched since {if only I knew at the time all it takes is a squirt of silicon and a wire from the tail boom to the air frame} What have I changed on my walkera 60, well it's been the radio + receiver to futaba 10C and R617FS and later the servos for hitec 65MG's, battery's range from 2450mah to 2200mah, all ebay cheapo's bit's I wouldn't buy again are cheap servo's, walkera, tower ect, if it can't survive the crashes it's false economy, copterx 60 amp ESC, soft start is a jock my copterx 450 BA jumps 120 degrees every time it starts up, RCmod's 280 carbon fibre main blades, bit's I can't buy any more and would like to see for sale are the foam blades for the 60, it's a safety thing, ps it's a good idea to do a list,
your rite also

RE: HELI PARTS TO AVOID
ORIGINAL: bikemad I still like my 60, servo's are crap and it did glich but you can say that about all cheap RTF stuff, the heli it's self is quite well built, and the new 2,4 should do away with the need to spray the belt with silicone to stop the glitch, There not much I would swop my walkera 60B for, not unless you count heli's that cost more than 2 times as much and I wouldn't like trex,
i hear you load and clear
