I think the bumper is from a old school t-max but I'm not positive. I'm pretty confident in the drivetrain and I really like the motor that's on it. I'll probably get a lower output battery and change the gears instead. I'm not sure what you are referring to on the extreme machines knockoff. I don't know what the body post are from. I have a crap load of old r/c cars and parts that I scavenged from.

My DF-02 monster truck conversion!!!
I put in a 540 tekin brushless 5800kv with a 100a esc and a 2450mah 30c lipo. I used the shocks off my rc10gt and wheels and tires are from an old hot bodies nitro truck. I'm still using the stock gearing so it runs really hot but I will change gears soon. I also lost the front dog bone so It's 2wd for now. This thing is crazy powerful!!! Problem with 2.4gz radio. PLEASE help
I am having a problem with my remote. It's a HK-GT2 from hobby king. I have binded the radio and receiver with no problem. But When I switch the car on than turn the remote on the steering works fine but the motor does not register. If I pull the trigger slightly the motor beeps to confirm connection than the motor runs at full speed. If I pull the trigger forward the motor stops but as soon as the trigger goes back to center it starts spinning again. I tried to adjust the throttle trim but I cant get it to stop spinning with the trigger in neutral position. I tried with another remote and everything worked fine with no problem. What should I try? Is the radio no more good?

this is my chaos with a .16 megatech chris chianelli 1.6hp that i got off of ebay for $50 used. This thing hauls a** ! I also put 12mm adapters and hpi wheels and tires. Of course i had to change that p.o.s tranny, so i used a rc10gt tranny. No more stripping gears. [8D] Video coming soon.
