Turnigy C4250-700KV Motor Specs.
Hello Gents, I have a pair of HobbyKing Turnigy C4250-700KV motors. They did not come with a spec sheet. HK no longer has this model and support tells me they don't know the specs. Does anyone know the specs of these motors? thanks, Dave

RE: OS 120 Surpass pumped rich at idle
David, My version has the screw in the center of the pump and no regulator on the carb. It is the earlier version. The carb does not have a venturi. Running rich is normal? Really!!! Dave

RE: ME 262 info for Father & Son Project
Joe, Your the expert. You have built many. The semi kit you made for twin turbines is the best I have seen. The workmanship is incredible. Just need to find the wheels and brakes to go with the gear I got from you. Dave

RE: TBM retracts for Al Masters DO-335
Yes...I think they will work..Can you measure the strut lengths and wheel diameters. Also, is the nose retract 110 degree so it extends forward? Thanks a bunch for you response and assistance. I appreciate it. It would be nice to know that these retracts will fit before I spend the funds. Dave

RE: What can cause a turbine to overheat?
I had a similar thing happen with a turbine. It would shutdown on overtemp. But, you could see inside the tailcone a bright red to yellow band as the engine heated up. The tail cone was necked down too far for the elevation/air density I fly at. I opened the tailcone by 2 mm by trimming the end. The engine then ran dead cool at around 380 DegC. Could be your problem? DW_Crash

TBM retracts for Al Masters DO-335
Hello Gents, Has anyone tried to use the Troy Built DO-335 electric retracts in a Al Masters DO-335? TBM is 83 in versus 81 for Al Masters. Very close in size. I am finishing a Al Master plane and need to fix retracts. The TBM seems a natural choice. Please advise your experience. Thanks Dave

for the idea......I will see it it works in this case. DW_Crash...[quote]ORIGINAL: Dash7ATP DW, I have two Mokis and have done what you want to do.  I took a piece of brass tubing that just fits over the extension you mentioned and cut it long enough to put... wrench into it to adjust the setting. It worked very well until I had a crash and the cowl ended up
