Wow, Nice packing. I have an 05 Odyssey and all I can get in it is one plane and my support equipment. I have never transported a plane with the middle seats removed.

I live in South Florida and never fly large planes and jets during the summer. My favorite time to fly is from September through May. Can't stand the heat .

The monster looks great. I had the maiden on mine last month and it flew great , we did move the C/G to just behind the front tube. Won't be flying much for a while , my wife just had hip surgery and I have to play nurse for a while. Good luck with your maiden. Jose

Danno, I must admit that in my many years of building I had never used the safety clips on any of my Sullivan clevis's. After Reading your post I decided to go on a hunt and found dozens of clips tucked away in many boxes of spare parts. My new Torus is now equipped with safety clips. Thanks for the heads up.

I finally got to maiden mine last Tuesday. It did have a tendency to drop the nose when the flaps were deployed. We added 10% up elevator and it got a little better. I also removed 11 ounces of nose weight. All and all I was very pleased with it's flight characteristics. I will post more after I get it trimmed with the wing tanks installed.

He probably saved more than $ 3.00 in gas getting to and from Harbor Freight. It would cost me about $ 14.00 in gas making a round trip to HF.
