RE: .12 Rigger Kits for CHEAP!
so the instructions say to leave the sheeting overhang for low powered engines and to sand them smooth with "performance engines"... for sport driving but do you think would be better.. it's being powered by a picco .12

Motor/battery for TC4
I just got a TC4 chassis on ebay. im looking for the best motor/esc/battery combination for the money for this chassis? i plan to do some indoor racing here at the local track. I dont plan on spending a ridiculous amount of money for everything, but im willing to spend what i need to. The class that i'd be running in has these restrictions: Battery:5200max 2cell Lipo or 4600max 6cell NimH Motor:Any 17.5 or 13.5 brushless Body:Any 10th scale body ESC:Any speed control(Open) Tires:Rubber Min.Ride Height...4mm I'm looking at this motor esc combo Novak Havoc Spec Brushless System 13.5T/3300kV from tower. I'm assuming that nimh batteries and chargers are cheaper than lipo's but i'm not totally sure on that so that's where my biggest question really is. Let me know your thoughts thanks!

i did some running today... had to adjust the tune a bit because the humidity changed but it's running pretty good. did some small jumps, ordering the alloy turn knuckles because the shock screw kept pulling out of the plastic.

Props to Joe at zippkits, he is sending me the parts of the right sponson that I messed up. Wanted to give a shout out for great customer service, he didn't have to be that generous!

RE: .12 Rigger Kits for CHEAP!
Well got back to the building progress. Thought I took a step forward but realized I made a big mistake. I glued the right sponson together but when I went to tape the tape off after it dried I realized something. I put it together backwards as if it was the left one!! Crap! So I emailed zippkits about getting the right foam side pieces brass and dowels. I tried to take it apart but wasn't very successful without breaking stuff. :( I don't wanna have to spend $30 on a new set of sponsons when I only need a few parts out of that kit.

figured out why my truck doesn't run! freaking sucks... the piston has a clunk missing from the side of it and the connecting rod pin was bent and the bearing on the rod mangled. pretty much everything internally is scored from the carnage. oo well.. now.. for a new motor
