Hi rwilke, The chutes gain there arch when all the lines are pulled together at the riser... I do have some used chutes that i may be willing to work with you on.. Do you have a certain line length you need to work with?? I just worked with a group at our University here on a project trying to control the recovery of the electronic equipment and ballon for an air quality testing program.. The problem was getting the chute to deploy without tangling with the ballon... It worked great when it did open and with the GPS system i was able to bring it back to within 300 to 400 yds of us each time... This chute is complete with lines.. Used with a 3 to 4 lb jumper.. email me at fly101@msn.com

Found 3 more chutes while going through storage and 1 more complete man. 100.00 each for the chutes - 2 Red White and Blue - 1 Pink and Orange and 80.00 for the man.. Chutes are 50"x25" and the man is 15" tall .. Skydivers this size cell for 300.00 0r more..

Trying to find out there value. Had friend tell me to grab anything before 1950 and they would buy them from me to complete a collection.. They decided that they were'nt getting enough responce finding older magazines so they decided they were'nt going back past 1950's.. Sent email to AMA to see if they might need them in the museum but have'nt heard back from them yet..

Does anyone know of anyone who collects old Model Magazines? I have three Model Airplane News magazines (Dec. 1940, Feb. 1941, Aug. 1941) Any help would be greatly appreiated.. Thank You for your time!!

There are maney guys out there with Charley Jumpers.. Post a new thread asking for help with chute packing on a Charley and im sure youll get some help'' I never had one of these smaller jumpers and our static line setups require us to pack a little different;;

Pull down on the left stick (throtle Stick) to move left arm down and pull down on right stick (elevator stick) to move right arm down. Use rubber bands to make stick spring loaded in the all the way up position.. Do you have pics of your jumper??

RE: Best drop plane.
The Seinor Telemaster has been the best all around drop plane for our drops.. very stable.. with a 90 size motor we have carried up two full size divers.. our Telemaster was built back around 1980.. its been striped, joints reglued and and recovered around 6 times during this time..
