my rcg 26 do not have good I luck, After seven flights, the engine will not start and i spend all day , tried everything I know,At the end I found that the membrane made of cheap plastic(not the one in the pump side)and she looks like she Experienced gang rape [:(] this carb cold WALBRO TIPE......[:o] The solution was to order a new carburetor from hobbyking- a real WALBRO carb for 31 $. i justI got it today ,I'm going to try the engine a few days. MY FUEL containing 16% synthetic oil and 2 % castor oil= 18% oil + 5% nitro im use this fuel for oll my engines- and never have problems[&o] st 3250 st 4500 st2300 saito 150 moki 135 moki 180 TH 70 TT 46 Always a little rich mixture -to give the engine a good cooling.

im I use all the big Tiggers engines. I also have a Super Tiger 4500, and Super Tiger 2300 all the engine uses the same fuel, and Recommended propellers. to me it happened 2 Times on the same engine to my frinds its happened once only . The funny([:@]) thing is that the three engines with different uses, different planes have the same problem/ the first time -my engine work on Profile edge 540 ..... the second time justTwo weeks agoI installed the engine on my new ESM bearcat- the engine was not used for more then a year. same engine - installed on my frind Biver Third rather new engine ' installed on my frind WM mustang-3 flight and the crankshaft Broke into two pieces(Last month) the big problem is that i have to buy new crankshaft for the second time'and i do not know how long time the new one will holde[&o]

super tiger Broken crankshaft
I wrote ths post in this forum ,Because I could not find a more appropriate forum its the scond time that the crankshaft of my 3250 super tiger is Broken!! the first time was after about 2 hours of Flight. end the new crankshaft hold about 4 hours. its hapend also to two of my frinds in the same time about ,the same engine model. the Fracture is in the same place avery time. Anyone heard of this problem has been on this model engine? You can see the crack in the pic also there is a piece of metal fell from the crack . The engine never got hot, I use fuel with 5% Nitro, 17 percent of oil like the rest of my engines including models 2500 Super Tigger.

After I worked on the engine all day I concluded that the membrane is not good, is a bit distorted, even the gasket between the carburetor and the cheap plastic Chassis was not good, and I have to made a new gasket. But all that did not help, after several hours I found the solution - I changed the engine to moki 180 !!! Conclusion: The cheap comes out expensive. now I need to get a new membrane, and I do not know if it will be good and not make trouble in the future.

rcg 26 problems
i have this eng for about a month. the engine work Excellent for 6 or 7Flights. then the next weekend. the problems start [&o] ok- the engine start hard,(need to use electric starter) only with choke, when i release the cheoke the engine dying after about 10 secends.(in full Throttle) its looks like he can not pump the fuel by him self. 1- I clean the carboretor,averthing is new inside(its a new engine)... check the Diaphragm....the hols,needles,Etc. 2- seat up the H&l needls again. 3-check the fuel tank and fuel lines. 4-Praying and cursing the Chinese.... 5- start the engine- and ....same sh...t the carburetor Manufacturer is HLIC [link]http://www.hlic.com.cn/en/PRODUCT/en_pic_display.asp?pp_id=228[/link] Any suggestions? thenks
