Foz .15BB or KB .20 Sportster conversion??
Hi Gang: I have the above engines doing nothing and I would like to know which would be a better candidate for for conversion to a DDD engine. I have an extra crankshaft, con rod and p&c for the K&B The engine will be used on CL planes that would use a .19-.35 engines like a Ringmaster or P-51 Sterling profile kits. Which engine would you choose and why? TIA, Franchi

MARZ Diesel lapping?
Hello: I removed the contrapiston of my Marx diesel to address the problem of a sticking cp. After reassembling the engine that the piston is very tight at TOC. Should I attempt to lap the piston or run it in with a light load for brief periods to establish a new p-c fit. At present, there is a grab at TDC not unlike a new ABC fit. Any suggestions? Hi GCB and Jim: The prop is a 12-5 that I am using. I have had the engine running and adjusted. I want to learn how I can hand start in a C/L stunt plane I do with my other Diesel engines. Thanks for the ideas, Franchi hi

Hi Gang: Has anybody tried this engine for a sport engine? What prop do you use for sport flying and what airplane works well with this engine? I bought one and am quite pleased with it thus far. Any comments about this engine? Tia, Franchi
