RE: ofna lx2 nitro
Yes u can. I changed an ofna buggy I had way back. Into a monster truck. Well monster car. Lol. I bought a mustang body for it. A set of 40 series wheels/tires. With 17mm hex.( watch ur offset 50 % or less. ) If ur buggy has droop screws, then take um out. So the buggy has a lot of shock travel. And give the shocks a lot of preload. To lift the chassis up high. And a way u go !! Good luck.

if the ESC just sits and beebs..wen u turn everything on..it sounds like the ESC needs to be recalibrated to the controller again. 1. start over with bind n the resver with the trans. then do the calibrating..

Oh one thing i did have prob. with after a while the exhaust gasket and header became loose and caused things to lean and richen back and forth ...so a thinker gasket did the trick. and just keep an one on it.

RE: Why I'm excited about my Savage
U WILL LOVE THE SAVAGE X!! I did... I ran mine stock for the entire live of the 4.6 monster of a motor, it comes with.. I mean i didn't have 1 prob. with mine, Never broke a thing. and i beat the hell out of mine..Hands down, toughest truck made. Now on to just a few things the other guys talked about. Yes after I was on to my second motor, the rear diff went. but no big deal. should of kept an I on it..lol. they don't handle that great, but i'm racer so i know how to control that big beast. Wheelies r tough to control with the stock WB . like on the Tmaxx u can run wheelies down the street. The Savage has a uni. so it's hard to hold on to one. I like the way u worded ur post..lol.... under skid it a good hopup to get. I still run the stock tires on my other trucks they hold up great it's been 3 yrs. http://youtu.be/DFFHi6odtII I did end up get n a Alum. roll bar for it..the thin plastic one doesn't realy help on hard core bashin. keep the stock brake setup too. the AM one sucked..(metal disc) plus , Again u wont have to wrench alot on her...but if u do..they r a bit of a pain to get to thing inside the two V plates.

RE: Idle Issues
Get ur self a return spring that goes around ur carb. that really hells to pull the carb closed and keep it from pulling back open, more then the 1mm u need...And yep sound like ur clutch spring is shoot..A worn or broke n spring can make ur car /truck act funny in a few way... 1. if broke , it will make the car start move n at idle. 2. cause it to stall. 3. makes it hard to get it started 4. make low end power. very sloggish. so check or replace that spring.

RE: e revo motor
I run 2 MM systems, the 2200kv in my Lst2 and the 2650kv in my Losi 8E. And i race both trucks.. I run 4s all day long. but even on 4s i have have to adjust the gearing on what type of area I'm run on. (big track , small tight track). So check ur gearing and ajust it right. especially on 6s. u can't run to low of ratio. Plus the fans on the CC ESC know for breaking the fins or just stop working ..had to replace several, so make sure that wen u turn ur ESC on it comes on, then it WILL turn right off again.., (that's normal)... if ur esc is not staying cool..and on 6s u better keep it COOL.... U will keep fry um. hope that helps.. I feel ur pain bro!!...

RE: Too much slop?
ok..common prob. I just went through this on my Losi 8T rear diff... U need to make sure ur bearing r in great shape first. any wooble out of them and no matter how well u shim the diff u can strip those gears !! I went the hole 9 yard on mine..New diff case, new bearing, gear set, and shim that ring gear, it's ok if it feels a little notchy or stiff wen u spin them.they will break in... the whooble in my bearings was the real problem with it, I found out. I use to just clean bearing and reuse um..but now i check for how worn out they r too...hope that helps
