Can you please point me towards a link for breaking in the edf and balancing the rotors? I may just buy a whole new f-35 from u guys and keep the other one for parts. Unless you can recommend a better edf plane. I chose the F-35 based on Dave Herbert's review.

Well, no harm no foul then. How long till your spare parts for the F-35 come back into stock? The rotors are outb of stock along with most of the foam. Thanks.

Well, only a newbie to planks. Been flyin helis for a while now. So I'm no rc newbie. I'm not gonna stop buying stuff from you guys (yet), cause you have good stuff at good prices. But man, that's awful customer service - and obviously you don't care. Bad advertising too.

That kind of defeats the purpose of "Ready To Fly". I shouldn't have to take an rtf jet apart and sand the blades. Please send me the replacement blades and I will take the thing apart myself.

RE: NITROMODELS REPLACEMENT PARTS REQUEST_Post Here
Had my Edf f-35 jet for about 3 or 4 weeks and I love it! But today before I even got in the air the jet stopped moving on takeoff. Apparently all the fan blades had snapped. Motor still turns just fine. Can u please send a replacement? If it can't be removed and replaced without opening the fuselodge I think it's only fair to send a new one out as well. Thanks! Gabe Tuft

Exceed RC F-35 battery question
The F-35 comes with a 25C 1300mAh battery pack. I have an extra 15C 1300mAh battery pack at home. Will that work with it or will the plane not have enough power? Will I experience servo failures or brownouts during flight?

I got it handled by Steve in the online chat section. Thanks anyways! I do have a question about the F-35. It comes with a 25C 1300mAh battery pack. I have an extra 15C battery pack at home. Will that work with it or will the plane not have enough power? Will I experience servo failures?

Got it! Everything is good now. New issue though. When I use my new 1800 maH 15C battery, I get wag and lots of it. If I put the stock 1300maH in there, no issues. Any ideas? CG is good, I moved the RX.

RE: New Mini Electric is here the Falcon 3D!!
The PLT knob only affects the maximum pitch range in normal mode. I was under the impression it is supposed to have some adjustment in 3D mode. As far as the pitch servo goes, no the pushrod is in the center of the horn. BUT, I noticed that the actual pitch arm wont extend any further and even though the servo can throw further, it won't affect the pitch. Weird, right?

Hey guys, I finally went to set up/ check my pitch curve and I noticed that I'm only getting +6 to -6 in both normal and 3d mode. I've exhausted moving the PLT and PIT knobs around and I've also noticed that my pitch arm is maxed out in the positive direction. Any ideas?

Michael, Thanks for all your help bro. I think I got it all figured out. I just had to go tinker and fly the bi$ch for a while. I got it dialed in now in 3d all the time. I really enjoy flying it. Thanks again! Gabe

RE: New Mini Electric is here the Falcon 3D!!
Well, tail wag came back, but I think I may have found the main source of my problem (I hope). The arm that clips onto the ball link on the tail slider had become loose. Its such a tiny screw that I didn't even see it. Virtually all of the wag is gone, but there is still some there - even with the gain turned way down. Actually, when I turn the gain way down, the wag gets really bad. Somewhere on the low side is OK, but not perfect. Now she rotates cw on me so I am giving her left rudder to stabilize. I'm using the 3D switch a lot now too. Also, here's another question, what does the PLT knob do on the right side of my transmitter? I believe it adjusts the pitch of the blades. How does that affect my 3D flight? I'm noticing that sometimes when I'm just above center stick, the bird will begin losing altitude and even if I punch the throttle, she wont climb until the skids hit the ground. This is of course, just at a hover. Thanks!

Michael, Moving the servo pushrod one hole closer to the center of the servo did the trick. The wag is completely gone, HH works fantastic now. Thanks again for all your help! Gabe

RE: New Mini Electric is here the Falcon 3D!!
Hey guys, I was flying the Falcon 3D just fine yesterday and then I swapped to a new battery pack. As soon as I lifted off and started to yaw a little, I noticed a severe tail wag. Turned down the gain a little and its still there. Its so weird, if I trim down then it gets worse and if I trim up its noticeable and I feel like the gyro isn't holding well. Also, it seems to be related to the head speed. Less head speed it is hardly noticeable, and more head speed it gets REALLY bad. What the heck?

Yeah, the gain is cranked all the way up - AND - I'm pretty sure the gain is independent for normal and headlock. I think I may just have a poopy gyro. Thanks for all your help, Michael. I will get in touch with Xheli and see what they say. Thanks again! Gabe

RE: New Mini Electric is here the Falcon 3D!!
Its the Art-Tech Efly 100C that came with this Falcon. Its so weird, the bird it trimmed up in normal mode, but when I throw the switch to headlock it creeps ccw quite a bit. Does it have anything to do with the DR switch on the right? I have it set to 0 right now and it doesn't seem to do anything if I switch it to 1 while in HL mode.
