<span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif"">Hey All - I could really use some help. My lightning keeps pulling tot he left when on the throttle....not just light on the throttle....I am heavy on it. The alignment is great, when i coast, it goes perfectly straight....but gassing, it seems like torque is pulling it to the left. I talked to the guy at Redcat...as they are 5 mins from where I work, and he said that is because of the car's drive system, and it will do this...and that is why cars like the Traxxas 4tec are belt driven to avoid this problem...is this true....I will take any help, hints, mods, or ideas.

RE: RedCat racing Lightning quetion
Let me try to help you out here. I just gor my lighting this past week. I actually work like a 5 min drive form the Redcat Wharehouse in downtown Phoenix. I am having a hard time getting i to shift into second gear. I think something has already broken...need to try and diagnose a couple more. I already aupdated the body poles to the purple aluminum. Also updated the air filter. Seems like any Aluminum mods you get directly from Redcat though don't exactly fit the best. Make sure those dogbones are tight. If you hit anything, out they go.....and those are one of the more expensive pieces you will ahve to replace. If you hit something, jsut stop...check the 4 dogbone axels...if one is missing...look everywhere in that area....they generally jsut fall out instead of shotting out somewhere. Also, I ditched the antennae right away, and jsut picked up a Team Associated antennae with the male end. Soo Soo much better on stability. Yes, that pipe is plastic
