Why is my STEEL SPUR GEAR NOT STEEL
Well I got my new steel spur gear and installed it using proper gear mess ,run three tanks and it has broken off abunch of teeth. Not grind off but sheared off and the gear looks like bronz or copper with a steel coating on it.What is up with that I paid for STEEL gear not something coated to look like steel.

RE: Volcano SV Pro Steering Servo
I had the exact same problem and I had to replace it. Do a quick test on the receiver unplug the throttle servo and plug in the steering servo in its spot .then see if it steers when you hit the gas or brake .IF it works then try it back in its spot ,if it doesnt then you need new servo.

RE: FAULTY CARB???? PLEASE HELP
my volcano did the same thing.Ihad to set my trim on the remote in the center then adjust the lock on the servo linkage so that the spring had some tension against it .That way it will stay at idle .then adjust your idle screw so that the wheels aren't turning.

RE: newbie
it is flooded ,takes the glowplug out and turn the car over and pull the pullstart a few times until most of the liquid is out .now u might want to check ur glow plug to see if its working .make sure you dont have any fuel on or around you ,then plug in your glowplug and see if it lights. if it doesnt then you need a new one or your pluglighter is not charged. if does then put it back in and try to start you car, making sure to plug in the pluglighter when trying to start. I forgot to plug in my pluglighter the first time i used my car and flooded it .then i realized it and pluged it in and it started right up ,lol sometimes we just forget.[:D]
