RE: Trex 450 handling Characteristics
See, I wass wondering about that. My swah mix is set at -60 on pitch and ail because i used that to reverse them on set up. I am still not 100% on what the swash mix is for. Also my dual rate is set at 30 with a dx6i. Should I move it to the negative?

Trex 450 handling Characteristics
Hey, I have a question about the handling characteristics of my heli. I am flying a Hausler 450 which is a trex 450 clone. I have Hitec HS65m servos for cyclic. A spektrum rx and tx. It has a hk450 head assembly. The problem is it is not responsive at all. I have another hk450 that I fly and it is just like the simulator I am using and the radio settings are identical in both my helis but when I fly the hausler 450 the stick movements are so far in relation to actual movement of the heli. The servo arms are all lines up perfect with the head also. I don't know where to look for help. I watched all the finless bob vids during setup and assembly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Jeff

RE: What is this v2.0, with pictures this time
Hey, don't know if you founf it yet but looking at the picks I have a hausler 450 that is the frame that heli has. Check out the hausler 450 head. I can;t tell you because I have since replaced mine with a hk450 head. Let me know how you make out.

RE: Walkera Throttle Hold Problem
I am using a dx6i and the receiver in the heli is an orange rx. It is fine to use my setup. Only Spektrum radios can be used with these receivers.

Throttle Hold Problem
I just finished setting up a Dragonfly HM68. It is all original except I installed an orange Rx for use with my Dx6i and I am using a walkera gyro that I purchased separately. The problem I am having is that when I turn throttle hold on than back off the motor starts spooling up even though the throttle is all the way down.It is fine when I first plug the battery in until I turn throttle hold on than back off. I don't know what is causing this and it is pretty dangerous. Anyone come across this and how can I fix it?

BLADE MCPX No POWER!!!! NEED HELP !!!!
I have my mcpx and I completely lost vertical thrust. I tried increasing pitch, a new 3in1, new motors (tail and main), new main gear, I don't know what I could've done or what happened to do this. I checked all mechanical components. Nothing is bent or broken. I feels like after about 10 seconds in the air the battery is starting to die. Full stick just to hover. I thought it was the batteries first so I got a batch of new ones. All different brands and no change. What do I do now? Could it be one of the servos?????? Please help me I don't know where else to turn to. Thanks!!!!

Walkera #68 needs help to choose a gyro
I don't know what my draw to Walkera heli's is. I have three now and It is so hard for me to get parts for. Can only get them online. Well I just purchased a Walkera HM68 on eBay. It is new, never been flown, but is missing the gyro and receiver. I need help. Never had to do a gyro or receiver before so this is my first. First thing I need help with is what gyro to use. The guy I bought it from mentioned something about it not having a digital servo. This is exactly what he said: "Make sure when you setup your gyro you choose the right settings that are compatible with the analog tail servo. I cannot replace any tail servos that burn up while setting up the gyro." Like I said I am new to this so I don't even know what he means. Second is can I use an orange rx receiver in this heli with me dx6i? No reason why not right? ..... right? I am on a very tight budget so please try and keep suggestions to items that are not too much money. lol Thanks. I appreciate it. -Jeff

Newbie With MCPX Needs Settings Help
Hello. Just joined forum. I am hoping to learn alot here. I just got a mcpx and a dx6i. I can get it to hover pretty good now but flying around is a little tough. I heard you can adjust away from stock settings to make the helicopter fly a little less sensitive. It would be so much better for me to learn on but I do not know what to set the numbers at being new and all I am hoping you guys can help. Also the whole dr/expo thing i still don't quite get. what it is and how to use it. If that can be explained that would be great also. Oh and if anyone in the long island area preferably Suffolk county knows any heli clubs. Thanks. -Jeff
