Outlining and painting them with a brush is easy and look close to the way they were, even try and leave brush marks.
ORIGINAL: Gohmer Sounds reasonable to me. Why are you so special that they should change the rules for you? Poll you put up has nothing to do with the situation you are whining about.
I did not see anything in Dons post that sounde like whinning. He asked a good question! For me its the warbird colors that was used in the war. But it is a good question to be asked and talked about without the rude comments.

RE: Is China getting expensive?
Yes kits and ARF's are going up up up, But another one of my pet peeves is all the foam stuff and electric. I do not for me like em but every time I open one of the mags its full of the stuff or all ARF's really not into them much and miss the old mags that had building going on in them! The electric guys have there own mag wish we did! The Hobby for me has changed and changed for the worst! Yes everything has gone allot higher and at the worst time it could! People getting out of the hobby by the hundreds! Not sure how long I will stay?

RE: Big jump in kit prices at Tower
ORIGINAL: Shimano Something I have not read anyone mention as a reason for price increase.. The fact that the economy around the globe is being destroyed. The value of the Dollar is getting lower and lower, our country's credit rating has gone from AAA+ to AAA, to now AA. Oh, did the News Media not mention this?? what a surprise.. I suppose most of you out there will get defensive over my comments, but that really only comes from not knowing about what I said, and wanting to believe its not really true.
+1

RE: Big jump in kit prices at Tower
I have to admit it is purely my fault! I got into racing cars and within two years everything seemed to double. It would cost me less then 2 hundred to build a 6 point cage then it went up to over 4 hundred to build a four point! Play darts for fun bought my first set of M-3s for under 60 bucks and now they are over a hundred. Shoot black powder in compitition first gun cost under two hundred now the same one is nearly six hundred. None of this had a lot of time in between either! Now I am seeing every thing from fuel engines, ARF's and kits etc. go through the roof. Not happy with the price's going up so much and so fast! Maybe I will stay in it or maybe just fly less? not sure right now!
