.28 tunning help
Ok got the diffs rebuilt and got it to run .yea for me cause I'm not great at tuning these motors . Dose anyone know the factory setting for the .28 in the avalanche xrt . When I hit the breaks the motor dies and is hard to start back up . Please help tired of looking at this truck sit

avalanche xtr diffentral question
Im on my 2nd set of diffs and only had about 20 tanks of fuel threw this thing . The diffs keep stripping the inner gears . I even shimmed them . Dose any one know of a fix for this problem . I heard you can use hpi gears but I don't know which ones or if it would work as I m past the warranty . Don't know why they would use such cheap metal on the gears . Some one please shoot me in the right direction

thats good news for me then .couple people tried to tell me only around 210 but thats the temp i broke it in at .more running to day st see if i can get this beast dialed in and thanks you for the help.

thanks dlrct actually got it back up and going to day .the 3 and 3 that the red cat rep said was a bit off the avalanche was a real pain to get started almost felt like my arm was going to fall off from pulling so much .os i went with what you had said 3/4 on the low and it finally started up got the high almost right where it needs to be .seceond time around it took a min to start but much eaiser than the first .turned in the low some more .even better on the third .still need to get the lsn down some because it is hesitant on the take off for two split seceonds but i will say that thing is a beast . right now wot for about 3 full sec its probally hitting 50 or 50 easy altho i dont do that very much cause i know its not good for the motor .now to just get the lsn tuned in just rigt for the take off and iam set .red cat said their safe to run at around 235 to 240 being the safe zone on their big blocks what would your in put be on the temps to be safe

avalanche trx needles
alright got my red cat broke in .its the m.28 p3 as all ways my brother got to messing with the needles and now it dosent want to run .called redcat and they said 3 turns on high and low needle. tried for a min but not much luck it wanted to iddle real high and die right off. any suggestions and iam gonna get some new glow plugs tommorow should i get hot or cold plugs .help please factory needle settings

RE: merv long slow fix. ideas?
to keep dirt out of the diff case use ever so much rtv sealent to go around the hole diff casing just a little let it set for about 5 mins before you put the two halfs back together so it will set up alittle .remember us just a slight amount all the way around

gpv tunning help
As ian new to the bike sceen and only have back yard bashing exp. And no one around where i live that runs bikes .i need some info.on tunning the bike .my problem iis when i get to about half throttle the front wheel starts to wobble bad enough that i have to let back off the throttle .this sucks cause i know it can handle the speed .could my rear shock be set too soft or too stiff.or should i start looking at the steering link springs or front forks for thicker or lighter oil .any help to shoot me in the right direction .i would be very thankful
