RE: first kit build question / problem
Another thing to remember when building a kit - the more you build, the better you get. And the more you build the better you quality will with each build. Hogflyer

RE: NonTest 09 .10 Ugly Stick
bps - that looks great. Nice job. One suggestion - you may want to put a small slice of fuel tubing under those HS-55's to reduce vibration. Hogflyer

RE: AMA 424 Race - Wichita Kansas
Hey guys, I thought this was a great weeked of racing. Hope everybody had a great time and I didn't screw up the start flagging too bad. I've set up a Photobucket album and posted pictures in it from the weekend. http://s697.photobucket.com/albums/vv337/Flatland_Pylon_Racers/ If anybody else has any pictures you want to put in there, send me a PM and I'll send you my e-mail so I can get them posted. RE: Digital Tach
I haven't used the Tower or Hobbico tach, but I've been using a [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXPX81&P=ML]GloBee IntelliTach[/link] for several years and have been happy with it. It'll do 2, 3 & 4 blade props and remembers the last 3 readings. Hogflyer.

RE: How to move the sticks camly
When I first start a new student, I like to have them watch me move the sticks as I describe what the plane is doing in flight. They are amazed that most of the time the sticks are moved maybe 1/4" or less. It doesn't take much movement to make a plane respond smoothly. Hogflyer

RE: Ziroli Mini-Sukhoi... first 1/2A R/C
I've got the same plans and have gotten to the point where I copied them and cut out the templates, but haven't looked at them in a while. Got them boxed up now and won't be able to look at them until the new house is finished. I'm wondering if the OS .10 may not be a better option over the TT .07? Hogflyer

RE: Pushed my trainer too hard? Wing joiner failure
Next time you buy rubberbands, go to the local office supply store and get a supply of them for $6.00. That bag will last a season or two even cutting them off at the end of the day. Hogflyer

Are you looking for an ARF, or willing to build a kit? What type of performance or style of flying are you looking to do with it? It sounds like you're ready to move up to a higher performance plane from your 4*. Hogflyer

RE: Suer Tigre Dies in the air!!!
Glad to hear the engine is really settling in. ST's do take a while to break-in, and yours will run better as you put another gallon or so of fuel through it. Take care of it and I think you'll be very happy with it. Hogflyer
