any recomendations on a good container to mix fuel, about quart , pint or 1/2 gallon size with nice scale on it for mixing

RE: progression from trainer to low wing
I'm at that point where im trying to move into a tail dragger. I started with a alpha 40 trainer then got a world model sky raider mach 2. I flew the sky raider low wing tail dragger about 6 times , once in the air i was fine but i just couldn't controll it after landing, so i wrecked it. I then got the phoenix sonic 25 low wing which has the tricyle gear. I have been flying the heck out of it and its easy to control when touch down after landing. baby steps for me i guess.

slow cooker to clean engines?
I picked this up today at target, (7 bucks) before i put it in service i thought i would run it by you guys. It doesnt have a temp. adjustment on it. Maybe i could rig my own. By the way how long and at what temp is good for cleaning our glow engines?

target has one for $24 dollars. It is a 11 pound cap. accurate to 1 gram. would this work good for measuring parts and pieces and even planes? what do you guys use?

If you go it alone find a big open field with tall weeds, just bring it in to the weeds as soft as you can any where. landings are the toughest part.

prop size for gp 40 stick (arf) ?
I have a magnum 70 four stroke i want to put on a gp 40 stick, just wounderig if there is room for the prop. The engine takes a 12, 13 or 14 inch prop. I would be building it with the trike gear. thanks for the help.

I have my eye on that mag 70 4 stroke and having a hard time deciding what plane to put it in. sound off, what are your thoughts. I've been flying a sonic 25 low wing without any probs. I have been wanting to try a 4 stroke.
