RE: Futaba 10CAP!!!!!
The FX-30 is G3, 2048. Differences of the FX-40 beyond physical... The transmitter features a slightly different design for pilots who prefer a “tray type system. The FX-40 allows modelers to re-locate the eight switches to different positions for comfort and convenience. The World's smallest 14-channel synthesized receiver, with state-of-the-art Ball Grid Array (BGA) PC board technology. The FX-40 system will control Airplanes, Helicopters and Gliders (Sailplanes). I fly the fx40 and 30. michael

RE: carbon fibre and antenna
Do not glass in your antenna. During ;testing let it hang free, or band it to non carbon strucure underneath, loosely, then range check with motor running, with restraints, etc. If glassed in, you will not have options, obviously, it is not prudent. M

RE: Wing rock in a harrier
This is well documented, and is caused by differentials in ground effect turbulence and reactive thrust patterns in ground procimity. This is why the strakes are needed, as they increase stability and thrust efficiency, and roll stability. Test ships have rolled over, killing several pilots. This is is now rectified.
