RE: C&C Model M346 build and painting thread
Hi Phil, I am watching your thread really close , and now even closer because of your chosen paint scheme . you are one step ahead of me . since I herd this is going to be the next Israeli trainer jet replace the old a-4 , i want to do the same. according to the pic you have is the same scheme i am doing now on my tam's jet a-4 . your pics looks like it is a full scale M346. i was waiting to see if this will be the como paint for this new trainer. the Hebrew letterer in black is the marking from the A-4 AHIT . any way it looks stunning. good luck with you built . i got few other project before I get to this regards ISAAC IGOREN@AOL.COM

RE: How do you scale guys nail your pilots down?
VERY SIMPLE : MAKE A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE SEAT RIGHT IN BETWEEN THE UPPER LEGS . DRIVE A 6/32 " OR .... AND PUT A CROSS BAR ( I USED LONG PLASTIC SERVO ARM ) ON TOP OF THE LEGS . I PAINTED THE BAR TO MATCH THE PANTS COLOR. TIDE WITH A NUT AND YOU DONE. YOU CAN UNDO IN THE FUTURE FOR SERVICE . THIS WAY YOU DO NOT DAMAGE THE PILOT . ALL YOU HAVE IS SMALL HOLE IN THE SEAT. ISAAC

need help with dreamworks EVSD-5U-PRO
i am almost ready for maiden global jet f-22 . I have install the EVSD-5U-PRO . AFTER I FILL AIR IN BOTH GEAR / DOORS , AND BREAKS , ON THE FIRST RETRACT ATTEMPT THE GEAR START THE CYCLE , BUT THE AIR BLEED OFF AND EMPTY THE tanks , and go to fail safe mode ( at 50 psi ) .the breaks works fine. I need to do this about 10 times ( FILL UP THE TANKS TO 110 PSI ) ,till finally the valve works fine. gear up , doors closed . wait for about 10 minuets , no pressure lost , flip the switch door open, gear gos down. I can do this about 4 - 5 times on single air charge. if I Waite about 1/2 h - to 1 h , the all thing start again . need to fill air 5-6 times before the valve will work again satisfactory. any ideas ?

RE: Did you know that you can refill the Power Max cans
I leave the trigger valve on the empty powermax can - freeze it and than connect the piece of 4mm tube with the small plastic Barb and insert into the full can for the transfer.( you need to hold the trigger in dearest position to allow the fluid to flow. good luck.

IMPORTANT NOTE : MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS OUTSIDE " NO SMOKING " ETC. THE STAFF IS VERY FLAMMABLE !!! , OTHER THEN THAT IT IS NO DIFFERENT THAN FILING THE ON BORD TANK , OR REFILE CIGARETTE LIGHTER, CHEERS ISAAC

RE: Did you know that you can refill the Power Max cans
the refiled powermax can worked good today at the filed. it is just convenient for me to use the powermax can with the trigger . it is simple enough to the fluid transfer from campingas to the power max as describe at previous posts. it is about $6.00 at sport chalet - 450 gram compare tp 300 gr powermax. it last a long time and you don't need to do full refill . just save the old powermax cans. no need any video - just follow the thread, Isaac

RE: Did you know that you can refill the Power Max cans
yes, it's works. i manage to transfer 155 gr of fluid into the empty power max can. I am going to try it tomorrow at the field in my bobcat. empty can = 80 GR. after refill = 235 GR. NET FLUID = 155 GR. IN ORDER TO TRANSFER MORE FLUID - MAX . 300 GR. NEED TO FREEZE THE POWER MAX CAN FEW TIMES.
