RE: Uber newbie needs help with RC car with only 1 spinning wheel
no, the axle is definitely spinning in tune with the wheel, the problem is the axle on the right wheel isnt spinning all that much...probably 1% as much as the one on the left. BigTB read my msg above yours...does that help at all?

RE: Uber newbie needs help with RC car with only 1 spinning wheel
heres somethign that may or may not help that i just noticed. when i manually turn the right wheel (the one not turning properly, which had the axle and that brace thing pop out) the other wheel (the one that spins powerfully) moves perfectly fine (but in the opposite direction...i believe that part is normal)...when i try to spin the left wheel, the one that spins powerfully, it sorta clicks and ratchets and the right one doesnt move properly..sometimes it spins, sometimes it stays put... does this help?

RE: Uber newbie needs help with RC car with only 1 spinning wheel
you know, the rear axle did pop out when it hit the wall, but i put it back in (and rescrewed the...other long piece that connects the wheel to the body which keeps it aligned)..probably shoulda mentioned it...but it did look fine afterwards...ill take better pictures tomorrow, and circle the pieces i mean...

RE: Uber newbie needs help with RC car with only 1 spinning wheel
uploading it now....if youll also notice, the car sorta gives a little whine before the wheels start moving...when the car "broke" all those years go, it would just make that whining noise, but the wheels wouldnt spin much at all..... Uber newbie needs help with RC car with only 1 spinning wheel
i bought this car several years ago, maybe like 4...it had stopped working and i just sorta left it in a corner and forgot about it. anyway i blew it otu with some compressed air and plugged in a battery pack and it worked...till i sorta ran into a wall really hard with it...woops! now only 1 wheel spins, the other wheel will spin, but slowly, and only when the thign is on full power...im really a newbie, but if someone can direct me to what is causing this and how i can fix it, that would be awesome...i wanna try to do this on my own, its something i wanna learn and am willing to listen if youll tell me what to do. Thanks!

RE: newbie, needs help
ok, i hit the setup button for 2 seconds, held it neutral, hit fullthrottle, full reverse, neutral, then hit setup again, its still doing the same thing...also, ive noticed the motor is not making a wizzing noise when you try to put it in forward, which it seems to overcome if you give it more throttle (the car doesnt move forward with just a slight touch anymore) also it does move backwards, very very slowly, and the wizzing noize is still prevelant...what the heck is going on? :(

newbie, needs help
hey guys, first and foremost thanks for providing so much information, but i really didnt even know what to search for, i know people hate answering questions that have been asked a zillion times, and i apologize if this is aggravating, but i couldnt find what i needed elsewhere. i just bought an rc10t4 RTR, i know NOTHING about rcc, just that they are cool as hell! anyways, my brother was trying it out and slammed it into the sidewalk, anyways, now the car wont reverse, and when you release the trigger, rather than the car slowing down, it brakes, how do i fix this? thanks guys!
