RE: Hi Everyone, some newbie questions.
Thanks for the quick replies, and the welcomes. Different frequencies between manufacturers doesn't surprise me. It's a good excuse to get another tank!

Hi Everyone, some newbie questions.
Greetings from Melbourne, Australia. I've been lurking here a while, but I decided this was a place to belong to. I have a few tanks so far, a few HL's but mainly 1/24 Vs Pro's. One tank I really wanted was a T34, but Vs don't make one. So I bought a Forces of Valour tank, my first in that brand. Now for the questions- How good is the quality compared to Vs? I'm happy with the tank, it runs well and the sound is pretty good. The plastic is a bit shiny, but that's an easy fix. If both Vs and FoV are infrared, how come they don't "kill" each other? I tried shooting the T34 with my Vs T72, and vice versa, but they don't register the hits. Is there different frequencies of IR? I'm not complaining about the T34 though- for $99 it's a really nice tank, and I guess if it's not compatible with Vs, I'll have to get a Panzer IV to keep it company! Keep on Tanking, Larry.
