the fuel lines going to the trubine is 3mm after the fuel pump the fuel pump at the moment the turbines run the fuel pump for the jj1200 with a buy pass in the line as the voltage drop without the buy pass would be to low the flightworks 100b fuel pump works fine and jet joe is in the stage of developing a new pump ill put some pics up of my set up for you if you wish in close detail

how to ? fiberglass funjet
hi there everyone im quite new to the fiberglass world and makeing molds from plugs and so on i have been stuffing around with funjets for a while and im looking for the best way to make a mold in two peices to copy thid plane i have an extra funjet here that i intended for use as a mold wich is still sitting in its box but i need some help do i do a two peice mold and then join the two halves togethere with a few ply formers ribs and so on or is there a better way i just cant thing how i would get biberglass inside the wing to join the two together so the best idea i have had so far is for the ply formers and balsa ribs i want to be able to have retracts fitted inside the plane and intend for this to be only for the small turbines and if i can get my mold to make a few of these this would be better for me cost wise im sure this process wont be cheap so any healp would be great

RE: New JetJoe J-Junior 4lbs turbine
i had the engine assembled buy brett the warranty agent for ausjets the tail cone outlet is stock i will measure for you tommorow your heat issues may be in relation to two things the balancing of the engine from the factory is not satisfactory and the prload on the bearings i beleive plays a mager part if you need any info or you want it done right get in contact with ausjets here in australia and see about sending your engine to brett my original engine only costs me $70 more australian than from the factory and i came to me like that with the new inconel fuel ring and all the mods that brett has found to help like i have said before i really beleive he is the only one to get the engine through !!!! and the thermocoupler is about 1.5mm in as stated from breet to be the best place for it also my engine has a lot of mods to the fadec to make it run like that all work that brett has done and would probably benefit your engine if you need some contact info for brett or ausjets just pm me and ill let you know how to get hold of them !!
