I just recently purchased Hobbico after run oil according to the bottle it *enhances performance *Inhibits rusts *PROTECTS YOUR ENGINE AND MAKES IT LAST LONGER. That's what got me to buy it lol I will be using this on my vortex ss..It cost me $5 shipped on ebay for 2oz.

Sure thing welcome, sounds interesting converting a buggy into a SCT keep me posted on how your project turns - If you dont mind the question why convert the buggy instead of buying the Vortex is there a benefit in doing this?

I recently bought a Vortex SS its my first nitro rc. Ive only had it for a week and have ran it twice so far and after some major bashing I broke the front bumper, lost front right dogbone and messed up left front shock absorber..Ok that might sound bad but honestly its not considering for what this car has gone thru (rocks, pavement, dirt, jumps etc.) I have shopped around and purchased some upgrades to fix these minor damages found ebay to be the best source so far.. Until now i have got to say its a fun and fast nitro sct for only $180 shipped on ebay..its a good purchase with budget in mind and parts arent expensive. Great first nitro rc After a few days of waiting My Vortex is up and running, ready to hit the road again .. Im sure there are more Vortex SS owners out their - I havent really seen a Vortex SS section so i created this one for the Vortex SS community. Questions/Topics Would any 12mm hex wheels/tires fit? What mods are on your VORTEX SS?Upgrades etc. Part #'s

Well my steering is confusing when i move the controller knob forward it turns right and when i turn the knob backwards it turns left. I would like to know if their is a setting on the controller to change the steering system - move knob foward = turn left ...Move knob backwards = turn right...Im hoping that their is a way to configure my controller to these specs.

So i just got my Vortex SS 2 days ago.. I ran it yesterday for the first time on fresh new pavement after breaking in the engine and in simple description, this car is that is stupid fast I simply love it even though its hard to handle at times.. I broke my front bumper against a car tire going at about 45mph.. Today i took it out a for a spin in the woods the 4x4 is great and the engine is powerful but after an hour an half my front left dog bone fell out. Now the modding has begun =) ordering new aluminum dog bone and bumper if they have them.. Question about the vortex ss controller steering? Is their a way to make your rc turn left moving the wheel nob back and steer the car right when you move the wheel nob forward?? Hope you understand what i mean thanks
