next heli ???
I have a 450 sport and a 130x would like to purchase a larger heli and would like some input on the bigger birds,, 500, 550 600 pro. I have basic sport flying skills, flips, rolls etc. no heavy 3d stuff yet. notice that the 550 and the 600 battery prices are about the same, when you consider, 5000mah, pack (550) vs 2 3000 mah packs for 600 pro.

what is the difference between the microbeastx and the Spektrum AR7200BX 7CH DSMX Flybarless Control System? in a larger heli, i would still need a sat. receiver anyway.

is there any difference between Jr g270 and the g370, other than the metal case, I have been flying with a g770 for years and love it, wondering if the newer JR gyro's are as good.

i would look online for a manual for your esc. most esc's will work at whatever default they are set at. I have several planes that I have never programed.

crooked flips
trex 450 seV2 stock motor 13th.pinion carbon blades flybar weights in center 10 pitch +&- when i do flips, the bird flips crooked and slow. I changed from the 12th. pinion and it got better.flipped really slow before. seems to lean to the left when flipped over. also when flipping it flips slow. it does not flip in one spot, more like a large flip or roll. I had somebody what my stick movement and they did not notice any crooked movement on my part. could be pilot error, not sure. this is my first few attempts at flipping , have about 10 now and they all flip the same. thanks

RE: bounce back
update, horizon sent me a new gyro, said they could not find a problem with the old one, but out of courtesy sent me a new one. reinstalled new gyro still had problem, so decided to try another reciever. be damm if that didn't fix it. no more bounce back, tail holds great, had a days worth of flying in it today. never would have guessed.

tail trim
trex 450 se v2 jr770 gyro , dx6i rdio my tail is mechanicaly centered, even travel both ways, blades straight, but in flight I have to add about 45 sub trim in the radio to keep tail from drifting to the right. i have about 63 gain set on the radio, any more and it wags. shouldn't the gyro adjust for the drift? or is it normal to add trim for the tail to adjust for rotor torque?

325 blades
I asked this question in the past. Anybody have any luck using the cheap ebay blades for a trex 450, I have bought a few pairs for my blade cp pro and they work great. I know balance is much more of an issue with a larger heli. i normally use the align 325 pro's which are about $12 bucks a pair, I can get 5 pairs of cheapos on ebay.

RE: rudder mixing
I just noticed that when doing piros, the heli. wants to drop or go up when hovering, (still learning the basics), I have to turn slowly or it will drop, if doing them faster i have to give some throttle stick. so thought maybe some mixing might fix the problem. (jr 770 Gyro)
